This is my first time buying a home, and therefore first time having a home inspection. The scheduling process was easy, HomePro was very accommodating with our schedule. I didn't know what to expect really, so wasn't prepared for it to be so hands on, but I'm so glad it was! Hank took his time to go through the whole house room by room with me. He showed me how things work, areas of concern, areas that were well done, and timeframe of when to expect to do maintenance on various items. Everything that Hank told us during the inspection was in our report, which was available that same day a few hours later. The process and report were thorough, and I'm very happy with the experience.
