Very happy with the service National Refrigeration provides. Have used them since we bought our home 3 years ago and they have always been responsive, helpful, and friendly. Justin is great to work with and always takes time to explain our system and make recommendations when we ask for them. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with our system!

Very happy with the whole experience. Called on Thursday afternoon, and Justin came in the morning of the following day (LESS than 24 hours later). Introduced himself, very polite, and got to work. He asked if we wanted to do the yearly maintenance while he has here, and we said yes! Very impressed with his professionalism and even gave us a few pointers. Great job, you guys!

Justin Slagle was courteous, professional, and responsive. He was able to explain the range of potential problems to me in a simple way, which I needed because I don't understand the system. He then implimented some low cost repairs which seemed to correct the issue. I felt confident that he was working with the intention of being thorough while keeping cost reasonable. He is a great representative for National Refrigeration. I'm very impressed with National as their responsiveness far exceeds that of their competitors. The technician, Jonathan Camacho, arrived on time, introduced himself, explain what he was there to do, and kept me informed as he moved thru my house. We have used National for over a decade, every technician in the past was very good and had no issues. Jonathan’s personality and work make him the best ever to service the A/C for this house

At 72 years of age, I count Johnathan among the most outstanding servicemen in any industry who has conducted maintenance and repairs in our home. Johnathan excelled in explaining the service, the problem that he found, and how he planned to correct it. Big thanks to National Refrigeration for the replacement of our central A/C! Everyone was super pleasant to work with. Shoutout to Charles for setting everything up and to Manny and his team for working efficiently and getting a big job done in one day. They left the place like they hadn't even been there. There was a minor issue after install and they sent a technician back to the house right away the next day. Highly recommend them!

Water heater replacement was smooth and timely. Gabe did a great job.

Problems are diagnosed quickly, and repairs are always completed %100. Justin got our system back up on a particularly extra hot day last week. In my opinion, Wyatt went way out of his way to make sure the job was done correctly. I was very impressed with your service. He installed my nest thermostat and took the time to show me how it worked and stay there until I felt comfortable with it. Excellent service! The technician came to get our system ready for the winter. Everything was inspected and cleaned so we’ll be all set once it’s time to turn on the heat. Very professional and thorough — we feel confident heading into the colder months.
