This is a fantastic company. Old school business model, and it shows. From the super friendly and competent gals in the office to the service tech Wyatt, the public face of the operation, customer service is strong. Technical service is strong. These guys are in it for the long haul.

In the middle of November, my gas furnace wanted to suddenly stop working. A family member had used National Refrigeration before and had nothing but praise for the company. I outreached and they were able to have a technician out the following the day.

Technician Wyatt diagnosed the issue within an hour, and also offered some insights on the furnace I was unaware of. He was pleasant to talk to and answered all of my questions without hesitation.

I ended up needing a part ordered, which took some time, understandably. But once it was received, National Refrigeration outreached and sent Wyatt the following day. The install was smooth and the furnace was running within an hour. It’s been a month and I’ve had no issues since. My experience was great overall and I highly recommend them!

I got a tech to come out the morning I called! Jarrod was very professional and made some repairs to keep an (admittedly) old condenser going a while longer. 5 stars for doing only what was necessary and reasonable.

They arrived on time and began working right away on the new hot water heater. Used protective drop clothes throughout. Very neat, precise work. The connective hoses were all per code and looks great. In conclusion, he thoroughly explained the shut offs and how to set the temperature. Excellent job, well done.

Happy customer! I went with National Refrigeration to install central air with a new Bosch heat pump in my raised ranch, which previously had no ductwork. They did a phenomenal job, and I’m so glad I chose to move forward with them.

Charles, my main point of contact, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He came over twice to provide quotes and discuss options, and he patiently answered many phone calls and questions—even before I signed a contract, and I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. His thoroughness and clear expertise gave me the confidence I needed to move forward with them on such a big project.

During installation, the entire team was professional, accommodating, communicative, and friendly. Overall, they were able and willing to accommodate everything I wanted including zoning & return placements. The equipment was installed neatly and professionally (i.e. duct work run tightly along the ceiling).

The system is up and running and is working exactly as expected. The air temperature and humidity levels are much more comfortable and the airflow throughout the house feels nicely balanced. I’m very happy with the result. Thank you!!

Very happy with the whole experience. Called on Thursday afternoon, and Justin came in the morning of the following day (LESS than 24 hours later). Introduced himself, very polite, and got to work. He asked if we wanted to do the yearly maintenance while he has here, and we said yes! Very impressed with his professionalism and even gave us a few pointers. Great job, you guys!

Justin Slagle was courteous, professional, and responsive. He was able to explain the range of potential problems to me in a simple way, which I needed because I don't understand the system. He then implimented some low cost repairs which seemed to correct the issue. I felt confident that he was working with the intention of being thorough while keeping cost reasonable. He is a great representative for National Refrigeration. I'm very impressed with National as their responsiveness far exceeds that of their competitors. The technician, Jonathan Camacho, arrived on time, introduced himself, explain what he was there to do, and kept me informed as he moved thru my house. We have used National for over a decade, every technician in the past was very good and had no issues. Jonathan’s personality and work make him the best ever to service the A/C for this house

Johnathan excelled in explaining the service, the problem that he found, and how he planned to correct it.
