We have been using Energy One to do our Boiler Maintenance for a bit. We recently decided to have a New Hot Water Tank put in. Right from the start I was happy. Matt the salesman came out and was friendly and provided me with many options. I have to say Rick and Roy who came out to do the install was very Professional. Both took time to discuss what their plans was and asked number of times if I had any questions. They ensure all was fully to my satisfaction after the install and clean up everything. The install itself is very clean and well done. If you need work or maintenance this is the place.

I was very happy with my entire experience with Energy One from start to finish. From the estimate to the installation EVERYONE showed up on the day they were scheduled and on time. (I'm having a lot of work done on my house and I can't get ANY contractors to show up when they say they are going to.) They were all very nice and professional and did a great job with the installation and explanation of the operation of the equipment. They left my home spotless when they finished. I'm very happy and impressed with everything. I have already recommended them to several friends and coworkers!

Keith and Frank just left after installing minisplits throughout our home and we couldn't be more pleased with the process from beginning to end. They took exactly the amount of time they said it would. They were friendly and cleaned up when they were finished. Everything was explained on how to operate the system. I would highly recommend EnergyOne.

Update: Our ac system is working perfectly. It's so quiet you can hardly tell it's running and our home is very comfortable. My only complaint, when are you going to send us an invoice so we can pay the balance?

Today was our first annual maintenance appointment with Energy One. Dante was right on time & and went above & beyond to make sure our heating system was ready for the upcoming cold months. I don’t think we have ever had such thorough maintenance with any other company.
He was also able to inspect & clean my Navian hot water system. Dante was absolutely the best service guy we have ever had. He also assisted us with a bathroom exterior exhausting issue.
Energy One was my contractor’s choice for installing our mini split system in our newly remodeled basement…..absolutely love this company’s work. They pay attention to detail.
They will be our HVAC Service company from now on. Of course, we will always request Dante

My AC system shut down yesterday and we called Energy One for service. Justin arrived early and waited for me to arrive (30 minutes). In my absence, not only did he analyze the problem, but he repaired it. When I arrived home, we went inside to test the system and it worked perfectly.

We also used Energy One last winter for an emergency boiler repair, and had the same great experience.

We’ve been using Energy One for over 10 years and have been very happy with their service and their service people. We’ve had the occasional “emergency”, but mostly it is yearly cleaning and maintenance for our heat and AC. However, this past weekend, with below freezing temps and snow on the way, we had a real heat emergency and their response was amazing. Our boiler went down on Saturday morning and Saturday afternoon they had a tech there. He diagnosed the problem but we needed parts. We kept the house warm with space heaters and FIRST thing Monday morning they had the parts and by 4PM on Monday the heat was back up and running.

In a world where service and calls back can often be lacking, Energy One is the poster company for excellent customer service. If you are looking for heat and AC service, these are the people you want to call.

All involved at Energy One make them an excellent company to do business with! Their work is done meticulously thorough and with the utmost efficiency. I use them for all of my central air conditioning maintenance and just recently had to have my outside unit replaced. In the middle of summer and also a heat wave, they had my home nice and cool again in the matter of three days. I couldn’t ask for better service than that…. Top notch!

From the saleperson Matt to the installers, Rick and Neil plus others, and office staff, everyone has been responsive and amazing to work with. Answered all my questions and ensured the job was done

During a recent snow storm our boiler stopped working and this team saved us.
They showed up withing hours. Dallas meticulously diagnosed the array of errors the boiler was giving. When needed he drove in the (very snowy roads) to get the part needed. Until it was clear (to us at least) that the repair of the system is too extensive.

Then we got our support from the sales team, which gave us a great offer for a new boiler.

After some deliberations, we decided to go for it (our previous system was old). Tommy and his team were able to install a new system in less than 48 hours and our heat was restored.

I’ve been working with Energy One for many years, and they have never disappointed me. They’re always responsive, reliable, and when they say they’re going to do something, they follow through.

Today’s service visit initially made me a little nervous because I’m used to working with more experienced, older technicians, and I was told a younger tech would be coming. I couldn’t have been more wrong to worry. Kenny was absolutely amazing—honestly, he may be better than some of the technicians I’ve worked with in the past.

He came in, checked everything thoroughly, and found the issue with my heating system and lack of hot water for my tenant right away. I’m extremely grateful that Kenny was the one who handled this repair. Excellent service all around.

Called with no heat and service techs here within an hour to fiz the problem. Billie (office) was supper helpful and Jacob & Justin sevice techs fixed the problem with no mess and great customer service.

Jacob just came out and did the Fall PM for my HE gas furnace. In the five years or so that Jacob has been maintaining it there have been very few problems. He's very thorough and he keeps me informed very well.

Had mini splits installed and from the salesman to the installers, top notch!
