OK build quality. Biggest recommendation don’t let them finish the interior(a family friend also told me this but I decided to give shed shop a try anyways) waste of money due to poor effort and quality workmanship.

Terrible communication at all levels with this company. I’m sure the owner will reply but never heard from them while I had several issues throughout the build process.

They were great to work with. We went to the showroom in person and the salesperson was very knowledgeable, showing us many options and walking through the pros and cons of each. The delivery and installation was very smooth and professional and the finished product is excellent.

Song and I met at a walk-through for a garage conversion JADU. I really appreciate speaking with someone who is not only a professional but also someone who speaks from experience and knows the work. His detailed explanation of the work scope and navigating the permit process with the city speaks volumes about his expertise.

I had two sheds built by the Shed Shop which perfectly filled the space I wanted to use for storage. The sheds are very sturdy, look beautiful, and the Shed Shop team gave me great advice on size and selection. Installation was fast and easy. Nick (the owner) followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I would strongly recommend using the Shed Shop for professional work.

I’m really happy with my Classic shed. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. All the pricing was clearly listed on their website which made it easy to budget for my project. I visited their showroom to view the sheds and options. Andrew was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions thoroughly. Andrew came to my house for a site survey and provided great recommendations on window and door locations. There was a minor installation issue that they took care of immediately.

Wonderful company, if you need to build a shed or office the they are the way to go. I hired them to build a 8x10 shed in my backyard to use as a home office. They did a great job and I am glad I used them. Everyone on their team was professional, on time and did a good job. That goes from the people in the office, to the cement guys, to the electrician, to the builders, and painters. They gave a detailed timeline and explained every step. I also liked that they handled all the permits. Would recommend this company for future projects.

They installed the shed back in 2008, all in one day with a big crew. It has served us well! But this year, the roof vents started leaking -- roof is now 17 years old, after all. We called them and they asked for pictures. With the pictures they sent us an estimate that was far below that of a roofing company that also submitted a bid. We set up a date, and they showed up on time and fixed it. It's been through two atmospheric rivers so far, and all good! No drama.

We are very happy with the shed this company built for us. They helped us through the entire process to choose what would work best for us and where to put it. The installation crew was professional and did a great job. Finally, we are so happy with the final product to have a storage shed for our garden!

The Shed Shop provided excellent customer service, has knowledgeable staff and excellent communication, and produced a quality product. I have been trying to replace an old rusty aluminum shed for years and could never finalize the purchase because I had too many questions. After visiting the showroom and seeing the options, Angela from the Shed Shop came to my home to make sure that what I wanted would work with my space. This is just what I needed. She told me what I needed to do to prepare for the demo and replacement which was also followed up in writing. The demo of my old shed and replacement of the new one was seamless in two consecutive days. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

If you want a nice shed this is the place. Their showroom was nice enough and the staff was helpful, easy to work with and not pushy. Installation (construction actually) was fun to watch. These guys do it day in and day out and work like a ballet putting the thing up. All in all the whole process was tip top from beginning to end.

Love my sheds. Quality is extremely high and the install process was smooth and easy. I purchased my first shed ~7 years ago and just recently had a new one built to match. They look great together and the older shed is in exactly the same condition as the new one - showing just how well they are built and hold up over time

Our experience with ShedShop has been very positive especially with post install support and maintenance. We have two sheds : the first installed in 2008 for office space for working from home which worked out very well & the second installed in 2015 as a furniture making shop -both are approx 8’x15’. After 17 years our 2008 shed had deteriorated from rain (and not having roof gutters): the front lower siding and supporting structure (portions of 2x4s) needed replacement as well as the front door, eaves and a few other areas. We had done zero maintenance on the shed - had not repainted & resealed the exterior that could have prevented this. I called ShedShop more to learn what I would need to tell a local contractor on how to repair. Nick, the owner, came out and assessed the damage and provided a comprehensive quote to repair at what I thought was a very reasonable price. I was a little surprised that he did not just give me the tel# of a couple of contractors that might do the work but no - ShedShop did the repair themselves. A time was scheduled, Noe and Steven from ShedShop came out, did the work, kept me in the loop, (had 1 minor change order), work appeared very professional, they were very courteous and cleaned the area after completion. Noe provided guidance on the simple periodic preventive maintenance that I could easily do that would prevent this in the future. For us, these sheds have provided great value and this company provided a good product and stands behind it long term so I recommend their product and services. Hope this helps.

We had a 10x12' shed built by the Shed Shop more than a dozen years ago and we love it. My wife calls it my "Man Cave" and I use it as a shop, for storage and a quiet place to place phone calls.
Recently, our shed experienced some damage after a major storm, and the Shed Guys came to the rescue with a fair price for a speedy and complete repair. Having this stand-alone "suite" has really enhanced our living space and is vastly better than the cheap junky sheds sold at the big box hardware stores. Totally worth it.

They are very experienced and guided me through all the process. Stacey gave us the tour at their shop and answered all my questions. Angela did the onsite visitation and handled the communication. I ran into a bump with installing my own concrete that wasn't up to par but they were very informative. I had that fixed and they were able to install the shed and electricity in a short 3 weeks! They handle all the permits. They are also very upfront with their pricing in their quotes, so there is no surprises. I wanted to paint the interiors to save some money and they were flexible allowing me to handle that. For the smoothest experience, try the Shed Shop!

These days, we all dread dealing with sales & customer representatives from any large company who merely read from a script, treating customers as if we all have the same problem. Today, I experienced exactly the opposite of that when I stopped by Tuff Shed in Portland, OR and spoke with Jeff Waldrop. Jeff listened to my problem, quickly understood what had transpired, and immediately came up with a terrific solution. I walked away an entirely satisfied customer! Thanks again Jeff!
