Jeff was a great guy to work with and explained everything in great detail. The crew that was sent out to assemble my shed also did an excellent job, getting it up fast and cleaning up the site after erecting the building.

After looking at two other shed companies it was obvious that Tuff Shed was the way to go. Jeff Waldrop spent a lot of time with me (I'm a detail person), answered all of my questions, and facilitated a removal/delivery schedule that addressed all of my timing concerns. The installation was exactly as it was explained to me (the installers did a great job, too!) and Jeff even came back after the installation to trim back a pre-existing ground cover/tarp we had determined was best left in place. I really could not be happier with my purchase!

We love our Tuff Shed! We worked with Bob Brown and he was very helpful and friendly. Overall, our experience was amazing. These are very well constructed and built to order. Everything about this experience was perfect. Ours is a 10x12 with 8 foot walls. I have a carpentry background and used to build gazebos for a living, so I considered building my own shed. Adding up the cost of materials I'd need to build something similar I would not have saved much money, and would have spent several days building something similar. This arrived and was up and finished in one day. Many thanks to Bob Brown and everyone at Tuff Shed!

Tuff Shed has done it again. We had a 10×20 shed built years ago, and it’s been rock solid perfect for storing year-round decorations, tools, and supplies.

Had a wonderful experience throughout the whole process. Bob Brown at Tuff Shed was easy to work with and very responsive to my needs. He showed me several options and was patient, helpful and informative through the whole process. I went to the Tuff Shed facility to look at the models which was the right move as i realized seeing them in person made a huge difference before deciding on my barn style shed. Also, i had Alex Lim and his crew from Ideal General Contracting do both my site preparation (base foundation) and installation. I highly recommend Alex and his team as using one company to handle both steps created a seamless and stress free process. Alex was very thorough at each step along the way and the fact both Alex and his crew were always in a positive mood was icing on the cake. Jeff Waldrop at the Portland location helped my family out so much. He went soooo above and beyond. Him and the manager worked with my issues with scheduling and were extremely accommodating. We really like our new Tuff Shed. We used the online design tool to design our shed and then worked with Jeff Waldrop to finalize all of the details. The construction crew was amazing and our shed was pretty much installed in one day. I recommend Tuff Shed.

We came to Portland Tuff Shed to replace our old, small shed with a 10x20 ft barn. Our designer, Chris, was friendly and super helpful. He also gave us great recommendations for a company to do site prep, which also ended up being the company that did the installation. That gave us a lot of peace of mind. Overall, a great experience.

We just had a Tuff Shed installed and feel very good about it. It’s nicer than we expected but most of all we’re really impressed with the installation team. They had a few questions and gave great suggestions that really made a difference in the long run. The shed is very impressive looking and is a huge improvement to our newly improved back yard. It took me about a year to evaluate and select a shed company and finally made a decision - I highly recommend Tuff Shed.

This is the second time I’ve worked with Bob at Tuff Shed (first for a storage shed, second time for a detached office space). Not only are Tuff Shed prices very good, especially considering the quality of the build, but they are extremely professional and pleasant to work with…

I recently bought a 26'x26' garage and a 10'x16' shed from Tuff Shed to replace a fire damaged building. I'd long admired a neighbor's Tuff Shed Studio but had no idea Tuff Sheds could be as large as 30'x40'. It didn't take much for sales representative Bob Brown to convince me that a well-designed and engineered Tuff Shed would meet my needs and for far less money than rebuilding conventionally. For insurance purposes I got a bid from a general contractor for over $150,000. A comparably sized Tuff Shed would be about half that. I've since met two other neighbors with Tuff Sheds (larger than what's available in the Home Depot parking lot) and the consensus is that they are a quality product.
I think it would be great if Tuff Shed expanded its line to include a few explicitly residential options.There are plenty of examples online of people modifying Tuff Sheds for housing but not every jurisdiction permits that use.

We are Tuff Shed fans and our recent experience planning our next Shed with Bob Brown did not disappoint. He is extremely knowledgeable of their product and took the time to explain the benefits of different options and price points. We are very happy with his help and look forward to our new garden shed in the immediate future.

I wanted share my positive experience with Jeff Waldrop at Tuff Shed in Portland. I don't have a garage, and only had a small 40 year old shed that was falling apart. Finally made the upgrade to a 12 x 16 Tall Ranch. I added the options of 3 windows, a long potting bench, some extra ventilation and front door design. What a game changer.
The shed is beautiful and once I made my final decision, I had my old one demoed, and a new gravel base built within the week and the second week the shed arrived. With a great crew building it on site.
Jeff as been great to work with, easy to reach, helped me solve the base issue, has been 100% a pleasure to work with. At some point I will add electrical and more shelving.
