Siding Contractor reviews across the US

KVN Construction has been the best contractor we have ever worked with. The communication throughout the siding project was excellent and the quality of work was far above our expectations. Daniel, Zach and Kyle were very easy to work with and always available for questions. We will definitely be using KVN Construction in the future. Thank you again for a job well done!!

KVN Construction has a very professional, communicative, and organized team! I really appreciate their work, and I highly recommend them for your siding or roofing replacement, as well as other exterior projects.

KVN Construction surpassed our expectations with their exceptional service and expertise. From the initial planning stages to the final completion of our project, their team exhibited professionalism, skill, and attention to detail. The quality of their workmanship is unmatched, and they completed the project within our budget and timeline. KVN Construction's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is truly commendable. We highly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable and top-quality construction services.

Bought a house with a brand new 50 year roof. The following winter I noticed water leaks in the ceiling. It was a shock to experience the leaky roof with how great it looked when we purchased the house. KVN Construction was recommended to us. KVN general manager, Kirill, was out the same day to check for the water leaks. It turned out the 50 year roof had been installed on many worn out layers of roofing. Kirill and his team removed and replaced the roof. We dreaded having to reroof the house at that time. Kirill managed the project masterfully and the job was done right with our budget in mind. We were so pleased, we had KVN replace the siding and paint. KVN Construction did a great job, the house is water tight and looks great! Thank you KVN!

Kayo took the time to ensure my project was done correctly and had great communication throughout the entire process. Quality work and fair pricing on my siding and sheathing repair. This is the second time his team has done work for us and would highly recommend.

Ks and Sons constructions did a horrible job on my Adu they were cutting corners and always arguing and had a lot of questionable characters on the job absolutely do not recommend these people for future work!

Kayo and his son did such a great job remodeling my bedroom. They even found a leak I was unaware of and repaired everything so quick. The vinyl flooring they installed looks immaculate and I’m so happy! Would highly recommend them!

Full bathroom remodel. Kayo was a great guy to work with! Great work in a timely manner.
I would recommend and work with them again!

When you want the best of engineer trained owners and best of current market product, there is no other choice. Well trained craft persons, kind & clean. New roof +++. When they leave you House smiles and the value increases.

I meet with Emanuel C. tomorrow to review a very difficult. & challenging church roof problem.I love the way they do business. Very much to the point. The two owners have an engineering degree from the same local _______Institute of Technology. It shows in how they approach every project as special & unique. Elizabeth, the Coordinator answers the phone and is also very savvy and accommodsting. Could they WANT to take your project, second guessing them is unnecessary. Just, relax and be kind and accommodating to their work force. We provided beverages and snacks to the crew members. They bring all their own innl preparation for all their employees needs.
********** 10 STAR COMPANY. Be prepared to honor your financial agreement. Their product and results are warranted. Bonus is their clean up ethic. They will put a smile on the results so you feel secure and validated.

We have used ICS for several exterior projects at 2 different properties. Both times our siding turned out awesome and all of the issues we had with our old siding and window materials were remedied. No more leaks!

My husband and I engaged Mike and ICS for a complete exterior remodel on our duplex in Cambridge, which included (i) installing James Hardie siding and Azek trim, (ii) rebuilding our rotten back porch with composite decking and railings, (iii) installing roofing shingles on the mansard portion of our roof, (iv) removing insulation in our attic that had previously been improperly installed between the rafters by a prior owner, (v) installing new front and back doors, and (vi) installing new interior trim around the front and back door. We are so pleased with the final result and would definitely recommend ICS to anyone in the Cambridge/Somerville area looking for an exterior renovation/siding contractor.

Given the high demand for siding contractors, we were worried that the project wouldn't be able to commence until well into the Summer of 2023, but Mike was able to fit in our project for the end of November 2022, which was great. Mike served as our primary point of contact and was communicative, easy-going and a pleasure to work with. He demonstrated a high level of expertise, as did his lead contractor on the project, and both were helpful in offering design suggestions for the back deck and trim. Even working through the cold months of November and December, the crew was on site nearly every day promptly at 8am (even the pretty cold days where we didn't expect them) and Mike was great about letting us know if they weren't coming. Mike and his crew were also very professional, even when dealing with some cranky neighbors, and took care to keep the worksite clean and as unobtrusive as possible for us and the neighbors.

We ended up adding on the interior trim install to the project (which had to be re-installed as a result of replacing the front and back door that we were previously planning to do ourselves) and Mike and his crew were super easy going about the change order and didn't overcharge us.

We appreciated that Mike and his team had ample experience in Cambridge. During our initial meeting with Mike to discuss the project and obtain a quote, he provided us with a long list of properties where they had installed Hardie siding denoting the color, which was very helpful and reflected that ICS stood behind its work.

Thank you ICS for making our home look so beautiful!

Mike and his crew at ICS did an excellent job on a really big job: siding our 6-unit house with Hardie board, installing and framing new windows and doors, painting, gutters, and more. They were very responsive and professional throughout, taking care of every detail in a timely way. We received so many compliments on the house while they were working on it and afterward, and a number of people contacted them for estimates after seeing our place. All that, and nice guys, too!

Mike and his team are the best of the best. Their price was very competitive with other bids, so if I were you, I would not even shop around. The job was completed to perfection, and it was a big job with a lot of complications. Mike was unbelievably flexible and helpful. It was like working with a family member. I had every confidence that he used the same care that would be used if it were his own home. The crew were always friendly and polite, and they left the site in great condition. I've done quite a bit of renovation-type work and this was by far the best experience I've ever had.

Mike was so easy to work with. They completed a project to re-side and replace all the trim on my home, not a small job. Mike communicated regularly so I always knew where things stood and the finished project was exactly what we were hoping for. Would absolutely hire them again.

When you can start a review with the word HONEST in it you have found a someone great to deal with. Mike is the most easy and most helpful contractor I have had the pleasure to work with. I assure you will not be disappointed in choosing ICS. Mike has a very disciplined team that is committed to getting the project completed. Mike is always at ready for any question a customer may have. Mike is extremely helpful for suggestions for the project.I would highly recommend ICS to any home owner thinking of a new home project. Many thanks Mike for a job well done!

UBrothers explained a lot about siding and roofing I hadn't known, and made reasonable suggestions for more premium options and cost cutting possibilities.

They replaced our roof, siding and all exterior trim/fascia/soffits, gutters, and installed r-matte insulation.

The house looks great afterwards and they cleaned up very well. Andrii came for a followup inspection to walk around the house with me, and we noticed a couple very minor things that they returned to fix within days.

Edit: (15mo later) we had a large tree branch fall and damage some siding. Ubrothers came out, used mostly materials they had left from the first siding job - and made the repairs. I appreciate their communication skills and will likely use them again for future work.

Dealing with UBrothers Construction was as easy, simple and as honest as it can possibly get. From the initial consultation through project completion, dealing with Andrii was a very pleasant experience. He is a down to earth and honest person, who did not try to upsell me anything.
I had a broken sliding patio door and Andrii advised me what brand/type of door to get (Harvey), which was not ridiculously priced, yet had all the quality and bells and whistles of the more expensive brands (which were 2X to 3X more). I was impressed that he did not try and sell me the most expensive door. Upon seeing the door in person and assessing the build quality as well as the energy efficiency ratings and the warranty, I am glad I took his advice. Andrii took care of the permit, scheduling the work and providing up to a 30 minute window of when his installers would arrive.
His installers did a fantastic job of installing the door. They spent about 5 hours and worked very methodically, not cutting any corners. They left a perfectly installed door, perfectly reinstalled trim and the entire area perfectly clean. Truly impressive quality of work by UBrothers and their crew. I have a couple more projects in the horizon, and for sure I will be using UBrothers again.

I recently had several windows, front door and new siding replaced / installed and am very pleased with the outcome. Andrii was very accommodating while I chose materials and walked my property with me to make sure my vision was clear. His team was fantastic, very nice, hard working (which shows in their craftsmanship), respectful of my property, punctual and they delivered on schedule. I would absolutely reccomend UBrothers to others. Very happy customer

Vinyl Siding installation and gutter replacement for the two-family house.

Excellent punctual communication (that's unfortunately so rare these days) and timely completion within a week (even more valuable) . All small matters were addressed quickly by the manager Andrii. Very happy work the result - would recommend them for the work

Andrii and his crew did a awesome job on our house renovation. We had our whole house resided including new front and new rear additions. He also installed new gutters. Andrii and his team were professional and thorough. Andrii also worked tirelessly to ensure proper gutter placement and reviewed multiple options with us. We receive many comments and compliments on the new siding and we highly recommend Andrii and UBrothers Construction.
