Andrii and his team replaced our 24 year old roof, 3 roof vents, and added a ridge vent. They repaired problems with the gutters and added flashing to avoid some issues of fascia and soffit rot that were discovered. They also repaired a rotted load-bearing beam in the attached garage, and replaced a gable vent on the front of the house. They replaced old wooden shutters and thus eliminated a home for the bats that were inhabiting that area by placing the shutters flush against the house. All work was expertly done, the cleanup was quite complete, and all questions and concerns were answered quickly and/or dealt with in a very efficient manner. The team went the extra mile to do a great job. There were a number of suspect areas on the house that looked worse than they were, and we appreciated Andrii's approach to those: to fix as needed but not to do anything that was not necessary. All at a fair, great price. We are in our 80's, and this was by far the best experience we have ever had!

We contacted several companies for quotes to redo the exterior on our house. I was most impressed by Andrii's knowledge and willingness to go over all the different options during an initial consultation phone call. I asked a lot of questions, pros and cons of all the options, and got lots of help to decide what was the best product within our budget. We ended up choosing James Hardie siding in Aged Pewter, Invisivent vinyl soffits, PVC window & door trims, and aluminum wrap on fascia - a complete makeover. The proposal process was quick and smooth, the quote is extremely detailed, and the pricing is transparent (no surprises!).

Workmanship by the UBrothers was impeccable and they were able to finish the project in about 3 weeks, even working on some weekends and re-scheduling around rainy weather. All the workers were hard-working, professional, and friendly/kind...pretty much everything you could ask for. The yard was kept clean as much as possible for a project of this magnitude. Andrii was also frequently on site, available for any questions/concern, and open to additional requests. They have very high standards, are meticulous with details, and really go the extra mile to do everything perfectly and to your satisfaction! Here are just a few highlights I can think of:

1) After I didn't like how the trim looked on a couple bump-outs and pointed it out, they did extra custom trim work at no additional cost to improve the look.
2) The existing gutters on our house were leaky and bent in one spot. After wrapping the fascia boards in aluminum and putting our gutters back up, the leaks went away and they also fixed the bent area.
3) They noticed that the side door on our garage needed to be fixed. And even though it wasn't in the scope of the project, they still told me about it (of course, I asked them to do the job).
4) They re-routed a dryer vent through a cutout in the new vinyl soffit instead of through a hole on the fascia in order to improve the look. Again, at no additional cost.
5) Their electrician stayed a couple hours after normal hours to move the wiring for a light fixture from outside the house in a switch box to a new switch panel on the inside of our house.
6) And lastly... a rabbit died in our backyard one night after getting stuck in a net that I left outside. The next morning, one of the crew members removed the poor rabbit with his hands while wearing gloves, grabbed a shovel, dug a hole, and buried it for us. =)

Anyway, there's really not much more I can say except a big "thank you" to the UBrothers for transforming our home! I give a well-deserved two thumbs up and my highest recommendation!!

My wife and I have been renovating houses for years and U Brothers is one of the most professional contractors we have ever used. We were replacing the windows in 2 large condos.24 windows.We were on a very tight schedule for completion .Andrii the job manager and the crews that worked on the job did an amazing job.They worked very carefully. The inside only required a coat of paint on the new trim no damage to existing walls.The crew worked late one night on the first unit and Saturday on the second unit both were completed ahead of the expected completion date.
Windows are a big investment UBrothers is the only company I would recommend for quality ,craftsmanship, attention to detail and professionalism for window replacement.

I had siding and new gutters done They did a very good job. Two man crew worked hard and had siding and gutters done in a little over a week. They even worked over the weekend. They listened to any concerns I had and replaced any rotted wood before wrapping the house for siding. They made my 1947 house look like new . I would highly recommend this company for your siding and gutter jobs.

It was a pleasure working with Andrii and his team. Andrii provided a fair price, was honest, and did a great job communicating with me throughout the project. I’d definitely would recommend UBrothers; it was the first house construction project without any issues.

OMG! I am so glad to have found U Brothers! We had a water leak issue and needed new windows as well as a new patio door. We kept changing our minds and Andrii was so helpful and patient until we finalized our design. He was very responsive even when he was out if the country! Prompt, helpful, knowledgeable....the list goes on. I wish I could win the lottery and have UBrothers redo my entire house! Their work is rock solid; well done and very thorough! Even the clean-up! We had another large job for U Brothers: remove old crank windows and install all new construction windows. Andrii was helpful at getting our order submitted and he provided timely communication as things progressed. Supply chain issues put the project back a bit but so worth the wait! With a great team, all windows replaced and work was completed within a few days (for a large job!) Trim was installed and final touches completed. Cleanup was thorough and Andrii was there to answer any questions that we had. Couldn’t be happier! Already compliments from our neighbors. Would recommend this company any day, hands down!

January 2023
Wanted to take a moment to again thank Andrii and his team for the prompt service to fix the flashing around our chimney. Before Christmas we noticed water coming in to the bedroom and had no idea why. Andrii came out literally the next day, assesses the situation and deduced that the flashing was the cause. He sent his team to do the work. They replaced the flashing quickly and we have not had any further water issues since. So thankful for Andrii and this Company!

Andrii and his team did an amazing job replacing our old deck. They answered all of my questions and were very efficient. Our deck was old with rotting wood. It had some structural damage that they fixed as well. I would highly recommend them.

The door installation crew guys were knowledgable, friendly and flexible. They went with me over couple of options (with trim and light fixtures) that were discovered during the process until we figured out exact details. The final look is great, very happy with the crew and the company representative Andrii.

We used Ubrothers for a big exterior project: removal of wood siding, installation of new hardiboard siding, new azek trim, new windows on entire house, and new gutter system. From the moment Andrii responded to our online inquiry, he was a pleasure to work with. We spoke to about 8 people about our exterior job and Andrii was the only one to provide a professional organized quote. We are so happy we connected with Andrii's team for this project. Andrii was very helpful with our window selection to ensure we would be happy with the quality and look and he also helped us figure out an entire new window construction to change the look and opening of our set of 5 casement bowed windows. In term's of pricing, Ubrother's pricing was straightforward and fair. Ubrothers was a bit delayed in starting our project, but they made up for it in terms of speed of start to finishing our job. The workers were very respectful, hardworking and clean. Overall, we are thrilled with the result of our big exterior renovation!

Andrii and his crew (Omar was the lead carpenter on site) were exceptional from start to finish. Andrii was communicative and helpful in creating a plan. He was able to pivot and make changes to the overall design, without hesitation. He is very knowledgeball with construction, having worked on an install team for many years before starting his own business.

Ubrothers did a full gut of three layers of siding on my 100+ year old home. This required 3 large dumpsters of debris to be taken off site. At the end of each day, they swept, did a magnetic nail sweep and blew all the dust out of the yard.

They put an inch of foam, sealed all joints with tape (to create an air barrier), and then installed white JH clapboard siding. They also put in all new construction Marvin windows, and a new roof. Andrii was also able to work with a spray foam company to get my roof spray foamed with closed cell form the outside -- something they don't offer, but made happen because I wanted it.

Andrii's quote was reasonable, and all the line items on the contract was followed to precision. He even did a few additional things without upcharging us. As you can see in the pictures, our dream home was realized. They subcontracted out a metal roofing team that finished the three awnings on the outside.

I am extremely picky person when it comes to construction as I have experience doing a lot of this work. Andrii was patient, and rose to my high expectations each time. When there were miscommunications (as there always will be in this large of a project) he quickly found workable solutions. Feel free to ask Andrii for my to ask any questions.

I was talking to seven siding replacement companies before I’ve decided to work with UBrothers Construction. I was impressed with their reasonable price, exceptional knowledge on a subject and job schedule terms. Project was done 100% according to the contract and all big and all small but very important issues were addressed properly and quickly. Definitely, I will work with UBrothers again in the future and already recommended them to all of my neighbours.

Andrii and his crew were a pleasure to work with. We had a portion of our siding replaced and the process was easy. The job was done in about half the time and at a little over half the cost of another quote we received. We are very happy with the result!

We just had UBrothers for another project- they fixed the flashing on a leaking vent pipe. They were timely and the job was done well, just as before. Thank you!

New construction windows added to an old home is an invasive process, requiring strong carpentry skills, siding removal and replacement, in addition to the window installation. UBrothers performed very efficiently over three days leaving the site inside and outside clean and organized at the end of each day. The results were excellent.

Andrii and the Ubrothers team did a great job on our house! We had the team install Hardie plank siding with pvc trim and aluminum
wrapped facia (plus install two new windows). Andrii was great with communication and the team worked hard to get the project done
in the anticipated amount of time. This was especially impressive since the team had to work through the brutal heat that we had this summer.
On the last day, the team did a good cleanup and Andrii did a walkthrough of the project with me and made sure all the small details
were taken care of. If I had to do this again, I might ask the team to be a little more cognizant of the shrubs surrounding my house,
but even with that, I would absolutley hire Ubrothers to do my next project.

After consulting and receiving quotes from several reputable contractors we decided to go with UBrothers for a major siding and window project.
It was indeed the right decision. Andrii came out several times to consult on the project which was a complete tear off of vinyl siding from the 80’s along the original underlying wood siding from 60’s.
The new siding is all Hardie Plank in Country Lane Red which is extremely solid.
In addition we replaced two large casement windows on the back of the house in the dining room and kitchen. I opted for 400 series wood and aluminum for durability and to keep in character of the house.
The team at UBrothers showed up on the scheduled date, on time and ready to go. The team was very respectful, meticulous, hardworking and professional. I was immediately impressed by the team’s solid work ethnic. They used state of the art equipment, tools, safety equipment and best practices. Communication was constant throughout the project. Any questions or concerns were quickly addressed. Clean-up was done daily.
From the competitive quote through the demo/tear off and install UBrothers did an outstanding professional job.

Our patio door needed to be replaced. UBrothers provided the most competitive quote for a new Marvins Essential fiberglass door. I really appreciated how transparent their website is with pricing. The project manager Andrii was responsive with all communications. After the door arrived (needed 8 weeks of lead time), the install was scheduled quickly. The crew came in on time in the morning and finished everything by noon. They replaced everything from the trims to the kickboard and did an amazing job. I really appreciated their attention to detail. Safe to say, I'm definitely coming back to them for future jobs.

We worked with Andrei as a project manager to replace 10 windows and a exterior door on a 3 season porch to make it into a year round room. (The old windows were 'jalousie' and not energy efficient). It was a 'sensitive' replacement as we wanted to match the high quality and energy efficient 2 Andersen Woodright 400 windows in the rest of the house. Andreii worked with us to make sure our (expensive) order was correct, so we got what we wanted since they are an Authorized Andersen installer. Other contractors bids were not as precise.

Also, the team that installed them did excellent work. Since I'm a bit of a handyman, my plan was to do the finish carpentry (to save some cash, and because I enjoy doing it). The installation was square and level and gave me a good base from which to do the finish work.

Andreii was always there to answer questions, and address any issues, and the team was efficient and always cleaned up afterwards.

I still need to add the crown molding, and some corner trim, paint etc., and we plan to replace the floor, but overall the project is coming along nicely and it was a very good experience working with UBrothers, (Andreii, and team).

Andrii and team were wonderful. We had all of the windows and a sliding glass door replaced in our house (from the 60's). UBrothers wad reasonably priced, and installation was quick and painless. His team took their time to install the windows extremely well, while working efficiently. Finished a whole house in less than 3 days. We can finally use the windows in our house!!

We recently had a full exterior reno done by Andrii and his team at UBrothers, and we couldn't be happier with the results! They resided our entire house with Hardie Board, installed new gutters, built a brand new deck and front stairs, put in a new front door, and replaced a large window.
