It started with Andrii coming out and making it super easy to estimate and plan for the best options. He was prompt in sending the contract and signing up for the next best possible date (which was quick as well). The installation was thorough, clean and to the exact specifications. The installers did a great job validating the installation, and building the drains to our needs of connecting to underground drainage. They brought all equipment necessary to make it easy and to our needs. They even moved our motion lights to make room for the new gutters. Professional, easy to work with, on time, no cost surprises, good quality, timely completion are a few things I would say about UBrothers Construction. Thank you for the new gutters. We are very happy customers.

Andrii and his team did a fantastic job replacing 3 windows, entire house siding, and all gutters. Throughout the entire project, the team from UBrothers Construction demonstrated a high level of expertise, efficiency, and professionalism. They worked during bad weather and even on weekend. The siding and especially new trims around windows and doors look great!
This is actually my second job with UBrothers. Few years ago, they replaced old sliding door with a new Andersen door. About a year after the installation, one of the door panel’s glass shattered by itself (tempered glass). Andrii contacted the manufacturer and arranged new replacement under the original manufacturer’s warranty. I highly recommend UBrothers for their outstanding service and professionalism, and look forward to working with them again in the future!

After researching and meeting with several different companies, we chose UBrothers Construction. I met with Andrii, who brought over samples, went over different options, and answered all of my questions and concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and friendly. Communication was excellent by texts or emails. The quote was competitive, reasonable, and transparent. We decided with Everlast composite siding, PVC trim, custom PVC mounting blocks, and Henry Blueskin for our project.

There were a couple of instances where Andrii helped saved us some time and money even before the siding work started. We had already signed a contract with a different roofing company to have our roof, rakes, fascia, soffits, and gutters replaced prior to finding UBrothers. Andrii was kind enough to offer to help speak with the roofers and explain how the new soffits needed to be installed tight against the wall in preparation for the upcoming siding work. He also stopped by to check on the progress and noticed another detail with how the new rakes were going to be installed, so he spoke to the roofers about adding a spacer behind the rake boards. If Andrii didn't point out any of these details, the soffits and rake boards would have needed to be fixed when the siding started. This would have meant more material and labor cost.

We came across a couple of unexpected issues with our home after the roofing was completed, which required repairs. This meant a delayed start date for the siding project. Andrii was very understanding and accommodating about they delay and even offered his services to help perform the repairs. We decided it would be best to use his crew since they would already be on site. As the new siding started to go up on the wall, the crew noticed some of the siding panels were defective. Andrii contacted the sales rep for the siding and got the defective batch replaced at no charge. Whatever the issues may be, Andrii takes everything in stride and has the experience to come up with a solution.

Our siding specialists were Serghei and Ivan. Both are highly skilled, professional, courteous, and hardworking. They always showed up on time and cleaned up every day. The entire team at UBrothers Construction cares about making sure every detail is perfect and that we were happy with the work. The quality and workmanship of the finished product looks amazing. It exceeded our expectations. We have received numerous compliments about how nice our house looks. If we were to do it all over again, we would hire UBrothers to do our roofing project along with the siding at the same time. From the initial very prompt text message reply to the final walk through, Andrii and the crew (Dmitri and Nazar) at UBrothers were excellent! I’ve been building an octagonal gazebo with a finished ceiling attached to a deck, and I hired UBrothers to wrap beams, columns, and install soffits. With all the tricky angles and each section just a little different, I was thankful to have experienced carpenters for that phase of the project. Andrii came out and we talked about what I was looking for, then shared ideas afterwards. He even worked with me to come up with ways to keep costs low. Andrii was the manager and came over to explain the entire process. I've worked with other contractors to do siding several times at my other properties and I did not want to waste Andrii's time since the busy spring/summer schedules are coming up. I know contractors are super booked for everything. I simply gave Andrii exactly what I needed and in 15 mins we were good to go.

I chose pacific blue vinyl trim with PVC trim and 2 new windows in the garage. Everything was delivered on-time, the entire project from stripping everything down to cleanup took about 5 days. I could not ask for a quicker turn-around judging by the amount of work the entire team did.

I HIGHLY recommend UBrothers!! Since moving to our house in 2017, we knew eventually we wanted to re-side our house. We did a lot of research and decided we wanted to use a cement board because of its durability and look. This was a big project for us, and I am very particular when it comes to house projects so I knew it was important we find the right company for the job. After getting recommendations and searching the internet, I met with a few different companies and ultimately chose UBrothers because I liked what they had to offer, photos of past work and how responsive and reliable Andrii was. Andrii spent a lot of time showing me different options, answering all my questions and explaining their process. Andrii kept me up to date on where our project was, I always got informed anytime there would be a delivery and when the crew would be there. Once our project got started, I was very impressed with the professionalism of the work crew. They were polite, friendly and respectful. The foreman was great, and had impeccable attention to detail. The craftsmanship of their work exceeded my expectation. At the end of each day the crew would do a great job cleaning up and keeping the space neat. Once the project was completed, Andrii gave us some time to inspect their work to see if there was anything they missed. Like I mentioned, I am very particular so I spent a lot of time looking at their work and I didn’t find anything to put on a punch list. Our project has now been completed for a couple months, I am more than happy with how our house came out. My expectations were met and surpassed. If another project comes up and it it something UBrothers does, I will absolutely go with them!

Worked tirelessly until dark, even Saturday if you want/need that. Andrii used to be an installer so HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT. Invite Andrii out to discuss your project. I do not think you will be disappointed. I think you will be impressed. Excellent job taking off old 67 year old "shakes" (striated white cedar shingles) and put on new James Hardie Board siding and removed and installed 6 new Harvey windows.

I was very particular on my research for a vinyl siding contractor. It took me several months to go through all my quotes and decide. UBrothers hands down had the best price. Absolutely no quality was sacrificed! My house no bull, looks brand new! It looks out of place in my neighborhood. I see people drive by slow and turn their heads to look at my house. I was blown away with the finished product. The crown molding took it next level! Andrii was incredibly accommodating as was Louis his crew leader. Look at my pictures attached! They were clean, tidy, and so hard working.

We recently hired UBrothers to completely replace the cedar shake siding on our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the craftsmanship and quality of their work. They were a top notch contractor from start to finish! When we were getting quotes, we researched and vetted siding contractors thoroughly since cedar shakes are a huge investment. Andrii of UBrothers was very responsive with no pressure sales and gave us the most competitive price. Our house has a lot of angles and we wanted to keep the basket weave corners so this was a very challenging project. The removal of the original shakes alone was a huge undertaking, but Andrii’s team was very skilled and worked diligently to get the job done. Every shake was perfectly trimmed and placed, and no detail was overlooked. Also, we replaced around 20 windows which were expertly installed in two days. The entire crew made sure to leave our property in better condition than how they found it. Also, they were genuinely nice people. Both my husband and I work in the construction industry, and we were absolutely blown away with UBrothers. I would highly, highly recommend! Have used UBrothers for two siding projects and I can't recommend enough.

Andrii and his team were amazing for the residing of our home. Very professional and organized. We knew exactly what we were getting with no hidden costs.

One thing I really appreciated was the cost options and breakdowns to know ways to save on the project and ways to add value. Additionally, Andrii was one of the few options we looked at that recommended removing our old cedar siding (others wanted to just put vinyl over it, at close to the same cost). I'm very glad we removed the old siding as it revealed water damage and areas of plywood that needed to be fixed.

Andrii and his team did a beautiful job creating a new deck for us. Andrii was communicative throughout the process and the building team was incredibly hard working. A couple of hiccups the building inspector requiring the team to come back a couple of times but overall, pleased with UBrothers.

** Andrii was the single point for me. The workers who installed the door spoke no English. I could care less, but be prepared. There was a minor hiccup & took some time to resolve.
** Luis & team, who installed siding spoke enough to communicate. They were incredible. Friendly & Professional.

Logistics -- 3.5 Star
** These are contractors who rely on vendors & raw material to be delivered. So they cannot control late drop-offs or missed pick-up times. So be prepared for potential delays.

Overall..... When this loan is paid off.... I will be calling them again! Andrii & Luis are good people and take pride in their work. They have my trust & recommendation.

UBrothers was by far the best contractor experience I’ve ever had in every aspect - communication, transparency, integrity of the work, efficiency and expediency without sacrificing quality.
I had original shingles on a house built in the 60s that had been repainted a bunch of times. Andrii was extremely helpful in the process of assessing and deciding whether I should redo the siding. I interviewed 4 different siding companies/ businesses and he was the only one that right off the bat offered me a succinct project cost with all the details listed and suggestions on where I could save on the cost and where I could splurge. He helped me decide what ultimately was important to me and what I could let go of. The team worked tirelessly and was very respectful of everything. They paid attention to little details and consulted along the way with me. Last but not least, I also appreciated that besides the usual dumpster, there were two port-a-potties for the crew.
I would definitely work with them again on future projects!!
