I have been using Andrew’s Heating and Cooling for a few years now and have been extremely pleased with their service. They are always quick to respond, honest and the technicians are always very polite. It’s hard to find these qualities nowadays when it comes to customer satisfaction and service.

This was my first time using Andrews and it was a great decision. I called in the morning and they had a tech(Travis) out there by the afternoon. Travis was knowledgeable and took his time to explain the issues. Also, he didn't mind my 4 dogs and cats which is always a bonus!

I cannot begin to state how pleased I am with the service I received from Andrews recently! My AC stopped working on a Sunday evening and I spoke with Emily and she was so kind and informative and was able to quickly get a tech out to my home and before lunch time on Monday my AC was fixed. Andrews Heating and Cooling is not only friendly and fast they are also very affordable! I cannot recommend them enough!

I called them for service at 10:30AM on one of the hottest days of the year. They said they would be out between 3-5PM, but were able to get here 2 hours ahead of schedule. Joseph, the young man who diagnosed and fixed the problem was very courteous and knowledgeable. He replaced a faulty capacitor and even cleaned the condenser for no extra charge. Great service and the A/C is cooling the house down again.

Technician was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable had my unit cleaned and back online in a jiffy! Outstanding customer service. Highly recommend.

Wasn’t sure who to call or what to do when our ac burnt up last week. Thankfully my employer recommended them. Travis came out same day showed me the damage and gave me options to repair or replace. I choose to replace the unit. Within three days we have a new better Rheem heat pump and a nice cool house today. Thank you for making this process so easy for us

Oh my goodness! What wonderful service from start to finish! Made a phone call, answered me back within minutes, was here within the hour! Sent an ID pic to my phone, so I knew what the person looked like. Identified the problem within a few minutes and fixed it within 30 minutes. Travis Gantt was very professional, super friendly, and very fast! Thank you Travis and Andrews Heating and Air for the quick response time and professional service. Travis is A1! Every year there’s an issue with my system and every year it felt like I’ve was overcharged except this time. I really appreciate the great service, and professionalism!

This is the best AC company I've used. Travis was efficient, friendly, very thorough and took care of my problem whereas a large well known company tried to sell me on a more expensive way to repair my evaporator coil issue without actually diagnosing the true cause. In fact, my unit was a pound low in freon and the other tech the day before had said everything was fine. Did he really check it? I immediately noticed a difference in the coolness of the air when the freon was added. I'm cancelling my membership with that company and will call only Andrews in the future.

Always a great experience with the staff at Andrews! They take care of my maintenance agreement and make sure I schedule my yearly appointments. Highly recommend!

My lower unit stopped blowing cool air. Travis and Joe quickly diagnosed the compressor and determined the capacitor was bad. They replaced the capacitor and had the unit back up and running in 20 minutes start to finish. Professional, courteous and reasonably priced. Highly recommend this crew.

I called around multiple places and Andrew’s was the best match for me for multiple reasons. They had someone on their way to my house in a few hours then the technician travis quickly identified the problem gave me my options and we moved forward with the needed repair. He was efficient with his work and had everything done in 30 minutes or less. Both the call center I connected with when I first reached out and the technician Travis were professional, and I appreciated their excellent customer service skills. I will certainly save their contact information in my phone so in the event, I am once again in need of their services I can quickly locate them on my device and reach out again for help. Andrews Heating and Cooling installed a brand new Comfort Maker 2 ton system at my home. The staff was extremely helpful in knowledge, very fair pricing, showing up on time and completing the work extremely efficiently. I couldn't have asked for a better result. I had a plugged line on my unit. I called at 8:30AM and they scheduled me for same day. By 3PM the problem was solved. The tech, Travis was on time and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Andrews and will use them going forward.

Excellent care of my HVAC. The first time I had the system checked without someone trying to sell me something. They checked everything cleaned all the things that needed cleaning. Family owned fast service.

Very professional and friendly. Always remind me to set up an appointment when it is time to schedule the maintenance (twice a year). They already saved me a fortune in repairs by unclogging lines I didn't even know where clogged since I can't physically get to them. Not sure what would have happened to the unit but if it totally clogged, I imagine the water would have done damage to my ceiling (heater unit is in attic) in the house. Definitely very happy with them.

We decided to go with Andrews after reading all the excellent reviews. Safe to say those reviews are super accurate. Our furnace had stopped working and Andrews had a technician out here within the hour to check on the issue. Travis, our technician, diagnosed the problem within an hour as well. Him and his team fixed the problem super fast. It was not an easy fix however Travis and his team worked extremely hard to get the issue rectified and our heat turned back on. I highly recommend choosing Andrews for any of your HVAC issues. They are much better than the bigger local companies specially Morris Jenkins. This business does right by you and not right by their bottom line. They will not try to trick you into anything you do not need done. 10/10 service all around!
