So disappointed that I broke relationship with my prior favorite group. Something has changed for the worse with the latest move for comfort zone. Always a trusted partner, this week they consistently went back on their commitments. Said they would call and didn't, made appointments and cancelled.

We have heating problems and are going elsewhere. Which stinks because I really value and like the comfort zone technicians. Real professionals that now seem to be led by people that aren't following through. We have been loyal advocates but now are moving on. Want a shame

Our AC went out recently and we called Comfort Zone. Best decision we could have made. They were professional and quick to respond. While other companies try to upsell and only seem to care about money, these guys care about getting you back running at a fair and honest rate . We have an older unit and feel confident that any other company would have told us we needed a new unit. These guys found the problem and fixed it quickly. I would recommend them to anyone that needed HVAC work.

I had a service plan with a large company that decided to cancel my appointments 5 times in a row. A contractor I trust recommend comfort zone. I just had my first service appointment they were early, extremely professional, and finished my service promptly with visible evidence the actually did something. So far so good. I look forward to a long relationship.

I normally don't do any reviews, but my experience with Jason and his crew at Comfort Zone was too incredible not to share. From the first phone call to the inspection, design, purchase, tear out and installation of my new HVAC system there is only one thing I can say about this Company. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Jason and his team of technicians are experts at their craft and know how to treat customers right. Replacing an HVAC system is a big decision and a huge expense, but Jason made the entire process so much easier. From explaining his design modification ideas to providing flexible financing, and expert installation and operating instructions. Overall, my experience with Comfort zone was nothing less than Outstanding!! Highly recommend Jason and crew to anyone needing Quality HVAC service!!

Jonathan Bowers and his team did a fantastic job of estimating our needs and installing the proper equipment! They installed in June of 2024, and it was great at keeping the house cool. I've waited to write this review until we'd had a good cold snap, and the weather accommodated us this week. Unlike previous years with the old HVAC system, we stayed comfortable throughout the period. Also unlike the old system, the new one didn't actually run for 24 hours a day. And yet, we were comfy!

Didn’t have a great experience, small bill or working air after Morris Jenkins left my home.

Called Swift Air and John came out on the hottest Saturday of this year. He assessed the situation within minutes. I could tell how he talked that he knew his stuff. I didn’t feel like he was in it for the commission or trying to get over on me. He got my unit ordered over the weekend, install on the following week took less than two hours and he made a happy life long customer.

Big name companies are in it for the commission and popularity. Swift Air is in it for satisfaction!

What was his name? The technician was very personable and kind and worked quickly to resolve the issue with my furnace Without overcharging me.I appreciated his help so very much.

We had our AC unit installed in 2023. In 2024 they came out to inspect it and clean it. They said it was free because we had the new unit put in, in 2023. This year, 2025 we called them back to inspect it and clean the unit because we noticed it wasn't cooling as well. I was told the fee would be $89 to look at the unit, not to do anything else.
They came out and said it needed to be chemically cleaned and the charge would be $300. No way our unit was cleaned by them in 2024 with the way it looked. We did not check behind their work in 2024 and should have.
Total charge was $389. I called to ask if I could get the $89 service charge waived and they told me no. Most companies waive this fee.
If you hire this company, make sure you check their work. Also note they won't give that service charge back.
We plan to use someone else moving forward.

Our Tech, Garth was very committed to exhausting every effort to make sure we would have our unit up and running through the weekend. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home while here

Bryon could not have been more professional. On a scale of 1-10? He would be a15. He is very proficient in what he does and gets the job done right the first time. Highly recommend him for and HVAC service

So, I don’t know how many times Jimmy has serviced my house and workplace at this point. But, he has kept me aware of what is needed to keep our three HVAC units running smoothly for years. I can’t really risk a service interruption at our veterinary hospital. So, I’m thankful that Swift offers this service.

Jimmy has been my tech since i installed my new HVAC unit in 2022. He is the best! He always provides a reliable service with honesty, integrity and the utmost respect. I always rest assured my units are running properly and efficiently.

Josh was very knowledgeable and helpful at diagnosing the HVAV problem. He made accurate assessments at all levels and recommended correct treatments. I highly recommend Josh and Swift Brothers for any HVAC issues.

My review is always honest and genuine in regards to the work and the worker. My technician, Bryon, has served my home for 3 plus years in a timely and efficient manner. Always keep me posted of any attention that my HVAC system may require and he is Very polite professional. I wouldn't request anyone else for the job.

Parker Heating &Air has been our go to company for many years and never disappoint. Communication is excellent. We love being part of the Parker family.

Our house desperately needed a new and updated HVAC system. We had the big companies come out and give us a quote, however they were unwilling to install a brand new system because "it was too much work". Mr. Parker came out twice and helped us figure out a solution to our problem when no one else cared. He didn't flinch on the amount of work required and Mr. Parker and his son-in-law (sorry not good with names) came out and spent all day in the heat installing a brand new system. They were awesome, me and my family cannot thank this company enough for the dedication, and professionalism they showed and continue to show by making themselves available 24/7, even last Christmas when we had a hard freeze and Mr. Parker called me back within a hour. Its been over a year now and the system works flawlessly. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help with their heating and/or air conditioning.
