Jason and Comfort Zone made my spending thousands of dollars to replace my heat pump a little easier! I was sure that Jason was giving me the best deal that he could. I trusted Jason and he delivered. So far, my American Standard 2.5 ton heat pump is working extremely well and Jason has responded promptly to my questions and concerns. I hope the service continues. Comfort Zone came out last year to service my system. I knew it was limping along for the last couple of years. They serviced and no hard sale on replacing. Just told me to let them know if I needed anything at any time to just call. I called 2 months ago to finally replace my units. They put a whole new system in for me on one day. Just got the first electric bill after having the systems. It actually went DOWN $97 compared to same time last year. And $40 lower than last month! Should have replaced the units sooner. The techs where professional and very knowledgeable. Thank you Comfort Zone!!!

I don't typically review companies like this but I wanted to share my experience with Comfort Zone of the Carolinas and the owner, Jason. Our entire HVAC unit went out the day we moved into our first home, so we were in a bit of a bind. We had several companies come out and provide estimates, and Jason was by far the most thorough and comprehensive. Others were quick to try and take advantage of our situation and didn't do the leg work that Jason did. He was compassionate and understanding, always keeping in mind that we just bought a new home and money was tight. He worked with us to find the best solution at the best price, and did everything he could to schedule a quick installation while we were baking in an 85 degree home. On the day of our installation, Jason's team worked nearly 11 hours through the heat, humidity and a few thunderstorms to ensure that we had our AC up and running before they left. Jason stopped over himself several times to ensure everything was on track and did a fantastic job of explaining all of the work that was being done - as well as the details of financing. I felt comfortable in what would otherwise have been an uncomfortable situation. If you are searching for an HVAC solution in the Rock Hill/Fort Mill/South Charlotte area, I would strongly recommend Jason and Comfort Zone.

I called Comfort Zone of the Carolinas on a very warm (June) Saturday afternoon when I noticed that my house was not cooling as it should. I was delighted to get a call back from Jason within 20 minutes. He told that he would be at my home within the hour and he was there when he said he would be. He found the problem quickly, he was very friendly and kind. The cost for the repair was reasonable. The service was exceptional. Comfort Zone of the Carolinas gets my highest recommendation.

I have known Jason and his team for a number of years. When we built a house in 2006, Jason is who we used. When we downsized and moved into a townhouse in 2011, it already had a system installed. It worked well enough, but it was so noisy, we couldn't sit outside when it was running without having to go in and shut down the system. After several years, we decided enough was enough and the first call we made was to Comfort Zone of the Carolinas. Jason came out, looked at our situation, went through all the possible scenarios. He was polite, knowledgeable and displayed sincerity that is lacking in a lot of contractors. Bottom line is he did what he said, quicker than he said he would do it, and not only delivered on all accounts, he went above and beyond to make sure that any other underlying issues from the original install were eliminated. We could not be more happy with our system, or the work performed by Jason and his team. I would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Zone of the Carolinas to anyone who asks. They were very professional and honest. Brian was very knowledgeable and explained everything. My air broke on a Friday night. The company I had a service contact with never even called back. I am now getting a service contract through comfort zone. When I told Brian my mother was on oxygen, he was there in no time. Thank you so much for all y’all did to help and get my air going. I will be a customer for life!! This company is honest and did not over charge.

Cannot say enough about how good of a job these guys came out and did for me. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They ripped out all of our ductwork installed all new air handler, ductwork as well. They moved our registers from our baseboards to the floor and installed a brand new American Standard unit finished it all in a day was highly impressed!

I used this company to replace the heating & air systems at our home in Garden City Beach, SC. These guys are by far the most professional and courteous company I have ever used. The price was right in line with the other companies and they showed up exactly when they said they would. The workers were very nice and kept our home as clean as possible. I can't see how they could possibly improve on their service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great heating & air conditioning company. A+++++++++++

Bryon did a great job servicing our A/C pumps inside and out. Very courteous and gives you great information on maintenance or if you have a problem. He wants to ensure your units are working as needed.

My 20 year old machine was dying, they quoted me the next day on site, no problem. I got 2 more quotes from “highly rated competitors” in this area, they were the cheapest by a few percentage points, and had time same week! I stall took one day, everything is working great! No idea of it was last long term, but for now, 5 stars!

Great company, glad I found them on Google. Can't recomend them enough. Had issues with my air conditioner May of 2023. They came right out gave me some options to repair my old system and recommendations for a new heat pump. No pressure eitherway. Mine was original to the house so I knew it was coming ever since I bought my house. I ended up going with a new system. The work they did was great they cleaned everything up and went through everything they did with me. If I ever need any HVAC work again I'd be sure to use them. I use them now for the bi yearly tune up, checks and cleaning as part of the 12 year parts and labor warranty of the system. Great company can't recommend them enough.

Always on time, super friendly, great service. We switched from another HVAC company because Comfort Zone is so much better in every way. For our heating and air we choose Comfort Zone.

Jason and the team at Comfort Zone are absolutely beyond compare. They are professional, courteous, and completely dedicated to doing the right thing the first time. Jason has clearly bred a culture of what customer service is supposed to be. The technician that came to our house today was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He got here exactly when he said he would. He explained everything he was going to do and he did it.

I've used Comfort Zone for several years now and have had them install 2 HVAC systems in 2 different houses. They also do annual maintenance on all systems for us. They are extremely dependable, always on time, and do excellent quality work. Highly recommend.

We have used Comfort Zone for the last 12 years. Bryon is always on time, very polite and extremely conscientious! We are very pleased with all the work Comfort Zone has done for us. They are a fair and honest company.

If we could give Jason and his team a 12 star review, we would. Jason spent multiple hours with us before and after they finished the installation work, making sure we understood how everything worked and answering our multitude of questions. He is also one of the top 5 five nicest people you’ll ever meet in your entire life. The duct work installation his team did for us is amazing- he was so creative and came up with a great solution to help us keeps costs reasonable, and when we came back after the work was done, our heating system worked better than it did when it was brand new. We are going to save immense costs on our heating bill now that we have wonderful new duct work. Multiple other contractors have recommended Jason. We would recommend him again and again.

I called to get a quote for a system replacement. My call was returned very quickly. I got friendly, knowledgeable, no-pressure advice on my options. I quickly decided that I wanted to use Comfort Zone of the Carolinas for my new installation. The installation crew was on time, worked hard all day, and were very professional. Highly recommend!

An outstanding experience all around. A serious problem was discovered during maintenance of our home's A/C system. Comfort Zone of Carolinas was assigned by our home warranty company. Comfort Zone's technician, Jonathan, came to our home. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and capable. He was also a great guy and an excellent communicator. Trusted him immediately. Jonathan diagnosed the problem and, along with Louise back in the office, navigated the difficult business of dealing with a home warranty company to get the job done right. A tough repair was done exactly as promised. Very satisfied and grateful. We now have an HVAC company we can trust and rely on. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I have been very happy with Comfort Zone. The woman who answers the phones is friendly. We receive timely reminders of when it's time to have our system serviced. The Technician Brian is friendly, professional, informative, greets our black lab like they are old friends and goes the extra mile like changing our filters that are too high for us to reach. We are very happy with the service we've received and highly recommend them.

Our A/C went out on the day it was 100 degrees outside. Our warranty company wasn't any help after calling several places. (No longer our warranty company AHS) So we decided to pay out of pocket.
Not only did Comfort Zone come out the same day. They also gave my husband a military discount. The problem was corrected within 10 minutes! The guy was so friendly and knew right away what the issue was. Most importantly he did not try to find things wrong to charge more. We will always call Comfort Zone from this day forward for our A/C needs. Definitely consider this company for all your A/C needs. We thank you and so do our kitty cats!

Called Swift after being referred by American Standard corporate offices. Working with another Rock Hill HVAC company and had no heat for a month (Thanksgiving to Dec 27) awaiting a part. Bryon from Swift came out, diagnosed the issue, got the part and had me back with working heat within two hours. I finally have whole house heat again thanks to their professional work.
