I can’t recommend this company highly enough. I lost my ac and I’m disabled. They went above and beyond to get me scheduled ASAP. The teck Seth that came to my home was very professional, and got my ac back up and running. So wonderful to see that there are still companies out there that truly value their customers and that give excellent service

Omg, I honestly can't say enough great things about this company! The ladies and gentlemen who work for this company are awesome. I have a home warranty and apparently they are one of the contractors for my home warranty company. Even with all this heat and how busy I know they must be they worked with me around my work schedule to get my a.c. services. They can't fix it and will be working to replace it, with any luck, but they at least were able to get me some cooler air until it can be replaced. The gentlemen that came to my house we considerate, respectful, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me have a.c. I would use this company time and again even if it wasn't though my warranty company. Thank you guys very much! I almost didn't post a review because I would always want them to be available, but they are too good to keep to myself!

What a great Company! Called to line up service in the morning and the service tech Ryan was here by 12:30 same day. Exceptionally knowledgeable and one the most respectful young men I have had the pleasure of dealing with.

Harper Techs are top notch and Mr. Harper is the kindest and helpful person you would want to perform work. They are prompt and honest. I just had our systems serviced for our home sale and they completed all necessary repairs to to be able to sell the home with a detailed report. I call to request a estimate for a new Trane heat pump split unit. Mr. Matt Harper came out the same day. He was so nice and professional, gave a great price. Quickly set up a day to install. We are very satisfied. I would recommend.

This company is truly great. I got a new HVAC system over the summer and it works phenomenal. I was scared initially to go with this company because I was quoted significantly less than many other companies that I had come out to give a quote but ultimately went with them because of affordability and they did not let me down. The unit works great, their customer service was great! They also ended up having to do more than they originally thought and did not charge me extra or cut corners. I recommend this company to anyone I hear talking about their HVAC.

Browns consistently demonstrates prompt, honest service. They are quick to respond and come fix any issues we’ve had on short notice! I can’t recommend them enough.

When I turned the heat on this year it didn’t work. I called at 8:30 am and by 10:30 am we were up and running. We have bought a gas pack, furnace, air conditioner and water heater from Brown’s. They are honest and reliable. I wouldn’t even consider another company.
