Called for a quote to install heat and air unit i purchased. Mr Pruett said he was too busy so a quote would not be beneficial to me at this time. To busy to quote me or just don't want my businesd cause I have my own unit?

I have purchased two systems from them. Great people and work hard to take care of you properly. In regards to one of the other reviews... it seems a business that just simply tells you they are too busy is better than one that strings you along which is what you usually get.... Just saying. In regards to them perhaps not wanting a Job because you don't buy from them, well if it is more profitable that way, that is capitalism. Just saying again.... However, I am sure it was simply what he said.....

I love this company. They care, where so many others don't. I not only use this company, but I trust them completely. I would do what ever they wanted be to do. Just yesterday Melissa spent half a day checking my unit and finding the right route for us to take. Most companies are all about how much money they can I get out of people. But not Pruett's.
