Hot water tank developed a leak on a Sunday afternoon. I called Brown’s on Monday and they installed a new tank that afternoon.
All of this took place on January 26 the weekend of the snow and ice storm. I am sure they had dozens of calls because of the ice storm. I cannot thank them enough for the quick and professional service.

Brown’s is a trustworthy, caring company. They did everything they could to get my heating unit replaced quickly and cost effectively. Every member of their business has been a pleasure to work with.

I called Brown's at around 1:45 in the afternoon on a Friday for a pipe that was leaking under my house. They had a tech out to my house by about 3:15 the same day!! The tech was extremely nice and after looking under the house he actually found two leaks. He explained what needed to be done, and I okayed for him to go ahead with the work. In under an hour he had everything fixed and my water back on!!!! Reasonable rates also. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know!!!!

Clint and his helper were great! They got our thankless water heater flushed and clean. Very professional and knowledgeable technician. Highly recommend!
