A few years ago we had a septic issue and backed up into our basement. We had another plumbing company come out and told us it was a major repair. Brown’s was our second opinion and Sam Brown looked at our septic and told me that a simple cut of the elbow plumbing to ensure free flow should do it. Haven’t had a problem since. We now use only Browns for hvac and plumbing Sam and the team are outstanding. Sam is very professional, trust worthy, considerate, reliable, and instills this in his team. They are the good guys that you can trust!

Browns is a very dependable, reliable company. Before someone comes to your home, you are sent a photo of who should be arriving. In this day, it is unfortunate that this is needed but I so appreciate it. Their service is impeccable and they are there to assist as soon as you call. Browns has been servicing my home for over 30+ years and I will continue to call them.

I believe my furnace is finally in good working order. The only downer for me was that the tech had to come two days in a row because the part he needed was not on his truck. The gals in the office could not give me a morning or afternoon time frame for either day so I was stuck at home the better part of each day until the tech arrived.

Super easy to talk to on the phone and via text. Sent a message in the morning describing the issue and an employee was there that afternoon to investigate. The same day that gave me a quote and since the supplies were in stock they were able to fix it the next day! Great customer service and communication!!

Always on time, very knowledgeable and courteous. Was able to complete installation first trip. Follow up was required to add separate 24 v transformer for air purifier. Came back within 2 hours to complete that work. Great customer service!

Clinton and/or Sam are always pleasant and give the utmost customer service.
They both are very honest and knowledgeble .
They came out in the snow and fixed a problem we were having with the tankless water heater. Then came back to replace a defaultive factory part.
We have really been pleased over the years with Brown's Plumming, from Ginger's help on the phone, to the srvc techs and always with Sam and Clinton.

Browns Heating and Plumbing went above and beyond what one would expect from any contractor. On time, professional, reasonably priced and explained every step during the visits. I have two homes and they have serviced us for years with zero issues. Including service on our tankless hot water system. One of the very few contractors I would and have referred to friends and family. You can’t go wrong with Browns!

We have been using Brown’s for many years. We trust their work, their products and, above all, their honesty. We had them do work in our restaurant years ago, my parents used them in both of their homes and we have used them for our home - plumbing, heat pump, emergency and planned work are always top of the line. Every tech that we have dealt with have been kind, knowledgeable and clean (using shoe covers, etc). We highly recommend Brown’s.

Came promptly even though I told them I wasn’t in emergency situation. Technician was very nice and professional. The way he worked assured me he was very knowledgeable. And he was quick and efficient in diagnosing the problem. He installed the part that was ordered today and my unit appears to be working better than it has for a couple years. Heating nicely and not cutting off. I’m very pleased with the service. The lady that I communicated with in their office was very pleasant and professional. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Excellent service. Quick to respond and Lee was great to work in the shade in 20 degree weather. God bless everyone working in this frigid weather. I feel he was thorough in his work and I recommend Brown’s services. I have not received my bill as the work was just completed.
