Immediate response to my inquiry for a quote, excellent competitive pricing, and prompt service. Helped me determine best options and did an excellent job. We will use them in the future for all of our land needs!

The onwer will not stand behind his work. Charged $14k and the cheap pump failed within 6 months of work being completed. Reached out to the onwer to see if he would come out and see what was wrong. No texts or calls from him.

Stay away from this company. They are nice when they want your money and after a poor job done they don’t want to show up to fix the problem and are very very rude. They try to put the blame on the homeowner. They act like children when called out and retaliate in a rude manner versus being professional. I guess they have forgotten to treat others as they would like to be treated. They should be ‘premier’ in being professional. Lastly, companies/people should not be sneaky for their own gain and fail to tell the whole story. I won’t continue to waste my energy on such unprofessional people. Just STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Shane’s team @ Piedmont Land for their hydroseeding, excavation, drainage and clearing services. I can't express how impressed I am with the results! Their team was not only professional and knowledgeable but, also incredibly efficient in transforming my nearly 3 acre lot. The hydroseeding process led to lush and vibrant growth and the excavation and clearing were done with precision and attention to detail. My property looks better than I could have ever imagined, thanks to their expertise. I highly recommend Piedmont land to anyone in need of top-notch landscaping services. 5 stars is not enough they deserve 500! Look no further and hire with confidence!! Thanks PLS!!

If I would give a zero review If I could. I paid 3k for hydro seed for approximately 2.5 max Sq ft. In low lying elevation problem yard with ditch. Rain came and the hydro seed didn’t hold well at all leaving many bare spots. I asked both owners to at least bare minimum check bare spots. They refused to come look at yard. Shane said he would lay sod for free or respray hydro seed over the phone not even checking yard after hydroseed. So that already show guilt. Shane is good cop and Ben the bad one. Shane set a date didn’t come back to yard.

So they are both liars and thieves. You are foolish after this review to ever go with poorly sprayed hydro seed company that take no pride in doing their job. Have texted both owners and they stopped responding. These photos are only a few pics. There are many more bare spots. They lied that hydro seed would work and should have just suggested doing sod when Ben first looked at yard prior to hydroseeding.

So Shane couldn’t leave well alone. First of all he is lying once again. Shane promised to come by after numerous times asking him to do so. He claimed he came on the 19th. What he actually did was come by to take pictures of the lawn but didn’t even tell me and I work from home. So I had no idea he came until he just texted me he never contacted me until today 5/31. Who waits almost 2 weeks to text me that he came. He had no intention to discuss the lawn with me.

Now to address another lie which he is a pro at. I first of all never use weed and feed and I did nothing to lawn during this so call poor excuse for a hydro seeding. See this owner is a lie and theft just as I said initially. He has no pride in his work and only thing he is a pro at is robbing and lying to his customer. Shane kept telling me how to water lawn during the hydro seed and I follow the same plan I do by the same person who installed my irrigation. I have never had a issue growing seed during over seeding.

Potential customers. You are warned that both Shane and the other owner can’t be trusted. He is also lying about the Sq ft he claim to have covered with hydro seed. Shane also lied that since I wasn’t pleased with the job. He would lay sod in the bare spots. I didn’t bother since I need to pay for sod and can’t rely on trusting them do a highly likely incompetent job. Just like the hydro seed. They did the raking and that was ok at best.

We used Shane for a large drainage project at our home. He was prompt answering our calls and going over all of our questions. His team showed up when they said, and got the job done faster than we expected. After they finished, they hydroseeded the yard which was amazing! I can’t believe how fast the seed grew! Would definitely recommend and use again!

I called Shane's Plumbing repairs on a Friday @4pm because my water heater had been leaking and water had soaked my hall floor. He was able to come out and put in a new one that evening. He was very polite & professional. I highly recommend him for any plumbing service's.
