On July 3rd at 5:30PM, I stepped outside to find my well pump gushing water all over the yard. I ran inside and called Doan's in something of a panic. Not 30 minutes later, one of their vans pulled in the driveway. In less than another half hour, the two plumbers cut the power, replaced parts, and had us back up and running. This will be a July 4th we'll remember for quite some time. Their service was FAST and excellent, as it has been for years. Very highly recommended!

My husband and I had been on vacation and came home to our house flooded. My insurance company needed us to have a plumber come access the problem. I had never had to use a plumber before and googled plumbers in the area. I saw that they were rated 5 stars and decided to give them a call. They were able to come that day and figure out our problem. They also gave me some additional information on how to prevent future problems. I was very grateful for their help and would use them again.

They were sufficient in reaching back out to me. I had received 2 estimates and they were the cheapest. Did a great job of coming out on time. Never tried to get over with the price. Showed me the exact problem. And fixed it gave me solutions to other problems. To the point. Fixed on time service. Guaranteed work.

We had water from the kitchen backing up into the washing machine at my Mothers house. It was late afternoon on a holiday weekend and we fully expected a really bad experience. To our great surprise we had an experience that renewed our faith in people. We called Doan's Plumbing and our call was routed to the person on call. He answered with a pleasant and inviting tone. He listened to our issues and assured us he would finish up the job he was currently on and would be over within an hour to 1.5 hours to take care of it. He said he would call when he was on his way and he did. His name is Jesse. He was professional, personable and a breath of fresh air. He fixed the issue and cleaned up the area better than it was before the water backup and then thanked us for our business. He represented Doan's extremely well. I will recommend Doan's to anyone that asks.

Words cannot express how appreciative we are for your service. Dean and Karen came out Sunday night/ early Monday morning. It was around 330 am. They came to fix a toilet that was overflowing. They were courteous and respectful of us and our home. Never would we have guessed we got them up in the middle of the night. They helped clean up the mess.
