This is a group of the nicest, most responsive people I have worked with. They always make my repairs a top priority, and the price is always reasonable.

Found the water heater room was flooding and call Doan. Had the guys out within an hour after hours. They capped off the leak and were back the next day to install a new unit. Great service, super staff, highly recommend!

Gave me quote to fix a leak, when they came back they did not have to do on the work that was quoted to repair the leak. When I asked to have them adjust the invoice to reflex the work done they refused and stated that the quote was valid. I informed them that all the work was not done they responded with “don’t ever call us again” Horrible customer service

They completed the job at a fair price. Nice employee, cleaned up after themselves. Take one star off because they committed to be there at a time and were there several hours later so if it's a dire emergency make sure you confirm time. I wasn't in for drill mode but had to redo plans several times to accommodate.

These guys are always the best, hands down! Response is great. Work is great and ON TIME. Awesome job and willing to do whatever it takes to get you up and going again. I would give them a 10 plus if I could.

THE ONLY REASON FOR THE 1-STAR IS FOR THE POLITENESS OF THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE IN THE BEGINNING. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE IN THE BEGINNING WHEN I TOLD THEM I HAD A SEWER LINE BROKEN UNDER OUR HOME. THEY CAME OUT AND LOOKED AT IT AND TOLD ME IT WAS GOING TO BE A DAY JOB. I SAID IF YOU WOULD LET ME KNOW THE PRICE, WE NEED IT REPAIRED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THEIR REPLY WAS WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU SHORTLY WITH THE ESTIMATE. THAT WAS ON FRIDAY DEC 11 AT 9:30am. I CALLED BACK TO CHECK ON THE ESTIMATE AGAIN AT 3:38pm AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD HAVE TO COME BACK OUT AND LOOK AT IT AGAIN TO MAKE SURE THEY HAD EVERYTHING PRICED. IT IS NOW MONDAY DEC 15 AND NOBODY HAS REACHED OUT TO US TO LET US KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. NEVERMIND I INFORMED THEM IN THE VERY BEGINNING WE HAVE AN AUTISTIC GRANDSON THAT HAS TO TAKE BATHS CONSTANTLY AND THIS WAS URGENT. MAYBE THIS WASN'T A JOB THEY WANTED TO DO AND JUST DIDN'T WANT TO TELL US. JUST BE HONEST WITH PEOPLE !!!!!!

I love this company! They have honest and good core values. Affordable and honest pricing and great staff in their office. Love you guys thank you for all you do.

I contacted them the day after Christmas about a water pipe that was leaking under my home. They were the only people that I could get in contact with and they arrived within a couple of hours. They had the problem fixed very quickly and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using the again for any issues that I have. Thank you!!

Michael was Very friendly , he gave accurate information, and willing to find solutions that best fit my needs. Made sure the job was finished properly and promptly. Close attention to detail and worked professionally and patiently. The only company willing to travel to my area to help at all. Highly recommend. Will definitely call again if and when needed.

Dwayne was timely, proficient, professional, knowledgeable and was simply a pleasure to work with. Thorough when explaining options and ensured the options provided were the right solution to the problem. Represented the company and his profession with pride and made us feel comfortable with the solutions presented. Wonderful young man who (in addition to being proficient) has “curb appeal” that allows him to connect with a variety of customers….a skill you cannot teach! He’s got it. Hold onto this one!!!!!

All I can say is EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!!! Chris was able to diagnosis the root cause of a leak that eluded THREE other plumbers, Two of which were from a well known, big brand company. The others were not as thorough and COMPLETELY off the mark on the repair needed. After multiple diagnostic calls and questionable recommendations, I can now confidently move forward with the repair needed to resolve the issue. Pure Flow will be my first call for all plumbing needs and I will be referring them to all of my friends, family, neighbors and coworkers.

Christopher was a very professional plumber. The day I called. He was there that day. He texts you when he is in route to let you know when to expect him. He replaced everything under my house that was put in 24 years ago. By people who took shortcuts to make money. There was black pipe that was rusting old galvanized pipe. Chris replaced pressure tank new filter all new Brass heavy duty fitting and shut off vales.
A great value for me for knowing it was done right. Will last my lifetime. Found my well pump was also worn out. He came back the next day in the pouring rain. Pulled my well pump. Again replaced all fittings with brass. Did a great job. I would recommend him for any job large or small.

I don’t know anything about their services or quality of work but I do know whoever was driving their company van today 8/19 around 9am in Charlotte NC needs an evaluation. I was pulling out of work and this man came flying around a back road curve and was inches from my bumper. He road my tail all the way to a light throwing his hands up and hanging out the window yelling. After the light turned I made sure to get away from him. The speed limit was 35 and heavy traffic, he then started to ride an elderly man’s bumper again hanging out the window yelling. There was construction going on and he was weaving in and out of cars causing people to have to slam on breaks and jerk over to avoid him hitting them. Don’t know if I would feel safe allowing someone with such anger on the roads into my home. You can see in the photos I attached how close he was to the car in front of him and in another photo the traffic and the silver car getting over to avoid him.

Chris was terrific and it was a tedious and difficult project.
He was very thorough and very professional. Very skilled.

Great company from start to finish. Savannah shined on her customer service skills even though I had to call early morning (knowing it was before her work day started). It’s the simple things that make a panicked customer calm first thing. Michael our tech was wonderful. He called and went over questions we had before hand (as Savannah promised) and came out (same day) and got us all squared away. He’s very knowledgeable in what he does and it shows. Both wonderful faces of the company and a pleasure to work with!!

I had a great experience with Savanah & Chris with Pure Flow Plumbing. They removed all the cast iron from the crawl space of my 1960s ranch and replaced it with pvc. They were reasonable in price and provided great service. I will definitely use them for my plumbing needs.

Karson came to check some work that had previously been done. He answered all my questions and was very helpful

The best in the industry! We called after hours, they were here first thing in the morning! Savannah was amazing with getting us in the schedule, Dwayne and Mike were able to replace our old well parts and run us all new lines. The communication, knowledge and overall service was beyond what we could have expected.

Never written a negative review in my life, but highly disappointed with my service.

Had an issue with the sewer line yesterday and called Pure Flow. Technician came out that evening and was very confused with the way our plumbing was set up, like he had never seen it before. Mostly paced around the house for multiple hours, remarking how baffled he was. He eventually concluded he needed to run a camera through my pipes, which, for some reason, he did not have on him, and said he'd come back the following day by 4pm to do so, then charged me for the camera. Could not flush toilet paper until he came back.

The following day, I didn't hear anything until 5pm, when I received a call that the technician was on his way, but needed to swing by the shop and get the camera (for some reason, still not carrying the camera with him?). After an hour, I tried to contact the technician multiple times to get an ETA to no avail. By 6:30, I received a call from the shop (not him) that his car broke down and he couldn't see me today. Tried to offer to schedule the following day. This would have been ~48 hours with no ability to flush toilet paper in any of the bathrooms in our house, when it could have been fixed in an hour if the technician had the camera and did it right away. I never received an apology.

Overall, yes, I was unlucky, but feel like there was a lot of unprofessionalism by Pure Flow that left me completely screwed for multiple days, including:
1. Being late on Day 2 without notice
2. Not moving me to the top of the schedule in the morning for Day 2 after messing up Day 1
3. The technician never contacting me directly despite multiple direct requests for an ETA
4. Taking hours to come to a solution on Day 1 before eventually concluding it was likely a standard clog that needs a camera
5. Not offering to send a different technician on Day 2 and trying to push it to a Day 3
6. Not sending a tech with a camera on two separate occasions
7. Charging me for the use of the camera before even bringing it

Now it's late at night and I'm having to wait for an emergency plumber to hope they can help tonight.
