This company is a "RIP OFF" They over charged me for the work I needed done. They replaced a $300 valve and charged me $571 for 1 hour of Labor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USING THIS COMPANY. When I question this, they were RUDE AND DISMISSIVE! THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR LACK OF PLUMBING EXPERIENCE

Travis came out to my home today and gave me an honest diagnosis of my plumbing issue. Not only did he look at my system but also my water heater and made some recommendations. WOW! Honest people finally! Thanks for your service Travis. I recommend Travis 10/10.

We had a great experience with Pure Flow Plumbing. Christopher was quick to find the issue and set up a time to fix eveything we needed. Things were all fixed up and done super quickly and Christopher was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our questions and concerns. We will be using them for future Plumbing needs.

Best 24 hour plumbing repair and service in the York and Lake Wylie area. Mike and Chris were fast responsive and professional repairing 2 successive issues we had with a sump pump during a remodeling project. We called Pure Flow because of their good reviews. We had a faucet issue, and an appointment was set for two days after I called - and on the day of the appointment, Chris called to ask if he could come early, which was just fine. He repaired the faucet and also adjusted a toilet in under an hour and at reasonable cost. Friendly and thorough - would not hesitate to call them next time!

Chris Jackson responded to an emergency call late this afternoon after a crawlspace company busted a water line from our water tank. Chris was very knowledgeable and honest about the damage done to the tank. He got our issue resolved with said company properly, he stayed late and made sure the job was done the proper way. Chris’s knowledge is off the charts, he’s extremely professional and courteous. I would recommend him 100% of the time. I cannot thank Chris enough for helping us out tonight.

Our bathroom sink stopper was leaking water and needed replacing. Pure Flow offered next day service and a free estimate. Karson arrived on time, identified the problem, offered us two replacement options. He installed the new stopper system with an upgraded pop up mechanism that matched our brush nickel faucet. I found Pure and Flow Plumbing Company advertising at Facebook Marketplace , I contacted them yesterday 2/26/2026 and got a quick response immediately. I called for a new vanity stopper replacement . I got an appointment the next day. Today 2/27 they sent Karson McCarter a very nice young man and gave us a fair price with a veterans discount & did the job the same day . He did a great job and changed our vanity sink stopper replacement to a modern one. We are pleased with the job and we highly recommended this company. Thank you Pure and Flow for a fast service !
