Taylor was professional, timely and such a nice guy. He came out to give me a quote on the same day I contacted them and the next day he installed a kitchen faucet and new shower head. I appreciated that he was on time and the fact that he was so personable and nice. I would highly recommend the company. They will be my plumbers from now on.

Chris come out and solved my issue with my well and water heater. He’s is one of the best technicians in his field. We will always use pure flow plumbing. Ask for Chris he will resolve and plumbing issues you might have.

I had an issue with my sewer pump on 7/28. A technician was sent to my home to service the pump. Our technician’s name was Chris and he was amazing! Showed up promptly, greeted me with a smile, super nice guy. He diagnosed the problem and fixed everything in no time. Wonderful experience! I would highly recommend you guys!

Poor Service and Incomplete Installation - Cost Me Another Water Heater
I paid nearly $5,000 for a water filtration system two years ago after my water heater failed due to well water issues. The salesman assured me this system would prevent future corrosion problems with my water heater.
Two years later, my water heater is leaking again from the same issue. A different plumber discovered that no sediment filter was ever installed on my well - something he said is typically essential for well water systems. This means the expensive filtration system I purchased wasn’t actually addressing the root cause of my problem.
When I contacted the owner to express my concerns, he claimed they had properly tested the water and determined a sediment filter was not necessary. Yet when I asked him to make this right, he offered to install a sediment filter for free (a $400 value according to my plumber). If it truly wasn’t needed, why offer to install it now? This contradiction speaks volumes.
He insisted that installing the sediment filter for free was “making it right,” but refused to take any responsibility for the incomplete installation that led to another failed water heater. He also never installed a drain pan under the water heater when they reinstalled it, despite this being standard practice.
When I expressed my disappointment and mentioned filing a Better Business Bureau complaint, he became angry and hung up on me.
He will likely respond claiming the water heater itself was defective. However, the water heater was less than 6 months old when they installed the filtration system, and it lasted another two years before failing again - clearly a water quality issue, not a defective unit.
Now I’m facing approximately $2,000 in costs for a new water heater, sediment filter installation, and labor from a new plumber who has acted professionally and ethically. This plumber also identified errors in how the original company connected everything. He also informed me that what this company charges for annual system flushing is at least double the reasonable rate.
In my opinion, this company preys on vulnerable people, upsells unnecessary expensive systems, and charges excessive prices. The lack of accountability and poor customer service when things went wrong has been deeply frustrating.

I had a small leak in my water line, it didn’t take Chris but a few minutes to find the problem. He set it up to fix and was there when he said, and worked until it was done. He went above and beyond. He was very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend Pure Flow Plumbing to anyone.

Had home inspection report on newly purchased home. Feed line to house and adjoining pipes were corroded. Chris came out and gave me a fair price for a quote. I asked to get it scheduled and he stated he could step away to obtain the parts needed and get right on it. Done to my satisfaction in a very timely fashion. Replaced corroded pipes, a new pressure regulator valve and a shutoff valve, as per discussed. Very professional and helpful. I would recommend Chris and Pure Flow Plumbing to my friends and family, and will call them back for any future plumbing needs. Great Job.
