Since I bought my house 3 years ago I’ve had three different plumbing issues and I called around and got people who cost an arm and a leg and didn’t show up till several hours later and were not professional! So when I had another repair need I was happy that a friend recommended Shak’s plumbing. The plumber was efficient, courteous, and very affordable. I would recommend Shak’s Plumbing and repairs to my family and friends. Shak did a professional job at a great price.

I’ve come across many plumbing issues in the past year and for each one I called Shak’s plumbing and repairs to fix it, great quality work and reliable, on time and straight to the point of fixing the problem. What I love about his service is that he doesn’t only fix your plumbing but teaches, he shows you exactly what went wrong, whether it was a faulty part or faulty installation. He doesn’t charge an arm and a leg, very affordable and will be my first choice to call for my plumbing issues.

I moved into a old home in NY and found out later that there were major plumbing issues between the old and newly installed bathrooms. Shak's plumbing not only gave me a complete assessment with various solution approaches, but they also made sure I was fully informed on the causes of the issues. After they made the necessary repairs they provided before and after photos to me that followed their workplan. The work was done right! In line with the price quoted! Timely and with great customer service! If there were 5 additional stars available to give them I would! Huge thank you to Shak's Plumbing and Repair for a job well done!

Having moved around the country quite a bit over the years, I have had the opportunity to meet and use many different plumbing companies and based on my experience, this is a great team to work with through all phases. From the responsiveness (someone answers the phone!), quick scheduling, and showing up on time to the understandable explanation they give and quality, prideful work they performed, they have been great to work with at a fair price. If you are looking for a reliable, fair, easy to work with plumbing team, I would recommend them.

Our previous general contractor was great at demolishing our house, but not very good at putting anything back together. Once they got our money, finishing wasn't their concern, so we have to hire each trade by their specialties.
We called American Plumbing Service on Tuesday and they came the following day to give us an estimate. What really surprised us was that they were ready to start on the same day after they gave us the estimate.
Jack and Casey did more work in one day than the previous crews from the general contractor did in two months before disappearing with my money.
I seriously doubt that we will ever call any other plumber again.

American Plumbing Services took on a huge job by installing gas lines into our childcare facility. Working with the owner Chad, and his dedicated crew, Jack and Casey was a true pleasure. They were professional and went above and beyond through the entire process. We highly recommend them!

Great service and upfront pricing. Able to diagnose and fix my issue in a timely manner. Was also able to address a secondary issue quickly where others didn't understand what was wrong. Also was able to give up front pricing of other services that I needed for a future home renovation project. I was getting nebulous answers from other plumbers for that same project.

Jack was a super efficient and qualified plumber that worked 2 days straight to do all plumbing that was required. Took time to answer each question i had and kept me informed during the process. He also had a great company help with damages due to our leak. I got extra special care and treatment. We had an emergency with our washer draining and causing water damage to our ceiling downstairs. We were recommended this company by a couple of homeowners in our community. Cassey came out the same morning we called and was able to determine what the problem was. He was so nice, efficient and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and the cost was reasonable. We will definitely be using this company in the future!

They were very responsive to an urgent sewer drain issue at my home. I contacted them after business hours and they had a technician at my home first thing the next morning to assess and complete the repair. This is first time I used this company and would definitely use again and highly recommend.

We recently had American Plumbing connect our home to York County water and sewer. They demolished our septic system, capped off our well, removed a water treatment system we had in our basement and hauled it off. Their prices were fair and work was good. Travis who came out to give us our estimate, represented the company well. He has great communication skills and is very personable. Cassey replaced the shutoff valves for our washing machine in under 2 hours and even discounted the project when it did not require as much work as he initially quoted. He did a great job for a fair price and I highly recommend his services

I was very impressed with Daniel! He came on time and was prepared to handle all my issues! He had everything he needed to do the repairs and was quick and thorough. They guarantee all their work and Chad is always available by phone for any questions or concerns. I will be using American Plumbing Services for all my plumbing needs!

They were on time, did the demo, re set and center the drain , cleaned everything up , and hauled it away.

Superior customer service from first call to final invoice. They were able to rearrange my appointment on short notice after hours. Travis was a complete professional, owner of the company for all I know! He explained everything I needed straightforwardly and the pricing was fair. This team has to be one of the best around!

I sprung a leak in the yard after the water meter. I called and they sent a Plumber out right away. Chad was on time exactly when they said he would be there. He dug a spot in the yard and found the leak right away. After discussing the options for the repair, he gave me a straight forward price that was very reasonable! After the repair was made they took their time and made sure I was happy with the quality of work! They covered the hole and placed the grass back as neat as it could be done. I was very impressed with the entire process and have to say THANK YOU! Its great to have a company do exactly what they say they will do when you need them to do it!

2-20-24. My experience with American Plumbing Services exceeded my expectations. Jack the technician was very cordial, explained what he was doing, and completed fixing my water leak quickly.
I also felt comfortable with American's office staff. They told me the day and time range to fix my leak, and did exactly what they told me.
