What an unusually wonderful experience in finding a company that excels in service to the customer. I needed a utility sink installed and was on a short timeline. Marvin actually did it the day I called and was so nice and professional. Pricing was reasonable. Would DEFINITELY recommend!

I reached out to Chad and explained our remodel project and that I was getting conflicting information about whether or not I needed a permit from the county. To be safe, Chad scheduled time for his team to review the work because we needed to move a drains because we are converting our tub to a walk in shower. We discussed pricing and Casey and Jack came out on 1/24 to perform the work. We're waiting for the county inspector to approve within the next couple of days.

DJ was outstanding. After the homeowner (me) tried for 3 weeks to install the trim kit for a shower/tub, he fixed it all in 4 hours. GREAT JOB!!

I had an outstanding experience with Chad at American Plumbing Services of the Carolinas. Scheduling was easy, and I received text updates with Chad's exact arrival time. Upon arrival, I explained my recent high water bills and my suspicion of a leak. Chad thoroughly inspected the entire water system, including the crawlspace, and determined there was a leak in the water main from the street. He clearly explained the leak's rate and provided a very competitive quote for the repair. Scheduling the repair was quick, and American Plumbing Services ensured all utilities were marked before digging. The new main installation was completed in about half a day, even in the summer heat. When one company failed to show up. American was able to send Marvin and DJ out last minute to fix our busted drain line. They showed up after hours. Dug up the busted line and replaced it. DJ was an awesome technician! Very knowledgeable and personable. We had a couple of hose bibs replaced - he explained everything in detail and took care of it very quickly. We also had him inspect the plumbing in our crawl space - he looked around, took pictures, and was able to assure us that everything was OK. Based on the quality of his workmanship, I'd recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work.
