I had called upon Mr Shak when I was seeking assistance for a slow flushing toilet in my kids bathroom that I had suspected a toy had made its way down and was causing a block. Mr Shak addressed my concerns expeditiously. He entered my home with a purpose and took care of business quickly. I was feeling anxious. I had a van load of guest arriving and couldn't entertain accordingly without a facility for them to use. He was in my basement for what seemed like minutes, I heard some pipe tinkering and he requested at one point for me to run the water from various faucets in the house. No toy was located. He opened the cleanout which released the air pressure for that toilet and we were able to welcome a household of guest without concerns. The best part was how quick, honest and efficient he worked. I have him on speed dial for any potential plumbing problems in the foreseeable future.

I called them at 3pm yesterday and they were there by 4 my tub faucet was leaking and had to be replaced they did an awesome job in getting my faucet changed and my water back on would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. I would definitely use them again

I woke up to water dripping from my ceiling one morning. I went upstairs but I could not find the source of the leak anywhere. I called Shak to see if he could help and he showed up very quickly. In a matter of 5 minutes he had identified and isolated the leak that was hidden within my walls. He came prepared with all the necessary supplies and was able to completely fix the bad pipe and fitting within about 30 minutes.

Shak’s plumbing service was a great experience. We called and they came right out. Our issue was an outdoor problem, they got the job done, while the rain began to shower down. Job well done, very much appreciated.

Shak’s saved the day! We were desperate and left without water by Option One plumbing who came out and attempted to rip us off with requests for repairs not needed for nine thousand dollars. They left us with disconnected electrical and a wall ripped open and the toilet removed in our guest house which will still cost me $1000 to repair.
We called Skak’s who responded very quickly and did an honest repair for under $300. He was very knowledgeable and said “ if it’s not broke don’t fix it” when I coaxed him if he should do additional work. I would highly recommend him and assure you can put your trust in him in any emergency situation. Praise God He send this angel to our home in our time of need. He was truly answered prayer.

Around 11:00 PM my tub pipe broke so I called Shak’s Plumbing and repair. He came out to my house within 15 minutes and had my pipes And water leak Fix within 30 minutes. If you want good quality work this is the company to call

Shak was amazing!! My father that had previously had a stroke and was unable to fix his own home repairs had a clogged drain in the kitchen. Shak was able to come right out and fix the problem and replace also the pipes my dad wanted replaced. He worked so hard for over 5 hours and was very professional and had a great personality. His pricing was amazing, and you could tell he is really about helping people!! Will definitely use him for any future needs!!!

Spoke with Shak over the phone very pleasant, professional and seemed knowledgeable. We set appointment for following day 4pm. Shak arrived on time… again Showed Up On Time ! Fixed our leaks and toilet issues including floor replacement. Very Professional & cleaned up after finishing job. Called Option One first and their pricing was completely unreasonable. Something told me to get another quote. So glad I found Shaks. Not only did he do the necessary repairs he also recognized that some of the "recommended" repairs the Option One recommended were completely unnecessary. Stay away from those guys. If you need plumbing repair/service and want someone honest, professional, and fair I highly recommend Shak's Plumbing.
