Chad was very professional and able to complete the work the same day. Pricing was definitely affordable and they were quick to get us on their schedule.

Chad was amazing. I love his customer service, his insight, how he gave me options, and how understanding he was on my issue. He came out when they told me to and he completed the job in no time . They are very reasonable and he actually educated me on the correct issue when another person had given me wrong information. I been doing reviews over the years and you will see a variety of reviews so please know this one is a real recommendation and I would recommend them for everyone!

I spoke to Chad, explained my issue with my hot water tank. He setup one of his plumbers (RB) to replace. He was there next day with the exact water tank I was looking for and removed and installed within 2 hours. Price was competitive, service was excellent. My 3rd experience with American Plumbing all have been positive. Good group.

I called American plumbing services because my shower was leaking and I started to DIY but got stuck. Corey P. was the plumbing rep that they sent and he was very polite and knowledgeable. I opted not to have him finish the work because I was so close but he was gracious enough to give me guidance and direction to complete what I had started. He could have easily left when I opted out but he didn't and for that I greatly appreciate him! Excellent customer service! Thanks Corey!

Great company, quick response time and quality work.

Waking up to find water leaking through the basement ceiling is not the best way to start a day. On the plus side, we did find a great plumber who did great work. American Plumbing Services was quick to respond to our call and resolve the issue. Where we had assumed the leak was occurring in the basement pipes, they were quickly able to resolve that the problem was actually occurring from a pinhole sized leak near the ceiling in our main floor and dripping down from there. We had had a few small leaks due to cheap piping installed by the builder, but this one lead us to having the entire house re-piped. American Plumbing was very thorough and minimized cutting into walls as much as possible. Needless to say, we feel much more confident in the quality of the water pipes and installation of them now. I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

We have used American Plumbing services of the Carolinas before. Chad is always wonderful to deal with, charges fair amounts in a timely fashion. We do not look forward to the next Plumbing incident but we know that when Chad of American Plumbing of the Carolinas comes in, we will be in good hands.

Happy to have found American Plumbing. Called last night after we realize our PRV went bad. They were able to get someone out to us this morning. Travis was our tech. Super nice guy. Appreciate that he had the part on his truck and didn't have to go running around to get it. Thanks for the help and getting our water back up and running!

EDIT 4/9/25: I was contacted after posting my review and asked how they could make it right. They offered me a greatly reduced price to replace the well pump again, and I understand they don't actually make the well pump and will need money for labor since it was after the one year that was covered by their warranty, and said they will return the well pump to the manufacturer to attempt to warranty it. Now with a very large but here, there were steps that could have been taken to prevent a bad review to begin with.
EDIT 4/3/25: for the past 4 months we have been trying to get American plumbing to look at our well they installed because we were experiencing water pressure issues once again. two of the four times I called them an employee called me asking me to describe the issue and told me there was pretty much nothing they could do unless we replaced everything. The other two times the same employee came out barely looked at anything and would tell me the same thing again. Mind you I had just spent $4,500 for a well pump February 2024. Well guess what, I called Green's 24/7 water well service. They came out immediately, then after I described the issue he got to work and resolved it within a couple hours for $300 not the $5,000 American plumbing told me it would cost.

Water pressure for our well slowly decreased over a week. American plumbing services was my second call, glad I called them! The first company we had out was going to charge us a lot more and would not work with us financially. The guys for American plumbing services came out within the hour, and assessed the issue. They were more than willing to work with our financial situation and within 3 hours they had replaced the well pump and we now have water pressure back in our home. The two gentlemen were very polite and professional. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who asks my opinion on plumbing.

Excellent service! Chad came by today to replace our water heater. He talked us through our options. I never felt like I was on a sales call or being pushed to get something more expensive we didn't need. We replaced our water heater with a similar newer model. Chad was quick, respectful, and helpful! Price was very fair. Overall extremely happy with the service and plan to use them again if we ever have any plumbing issues.

Outstanding company and crew! Chad arrived within 30 minutes to fix a dura pex water leak. I asked about getting my house repiped and Chad explained all the details and answered any questions I had. He also helped me out greatly with last minute request, like upgrading to frost free faucets and adding a water filter. Chad and Casey came back out 2 days later and had my entire house repiped before the end of the day and went the extra mile with their work, like adding more accessible shut off valves in my crawl space. Great communication, customer service, knowledge, and definitely a great price!

This is the best plumbing company I have ever used. Jamie was super helpful. This is the second time I used them. He went above and beyond what was required, answered questions, and fixed the lead quickly. I recommend this company with great confidence!

Chad, his crew and his office staff are phenomenal to work with. Communication was on point and they are very customer service oriented. I love supporting small businesses over the large nationwide/statewide companies as I feel you get honesty and transparency and you are treated more like family than just another customer. We had a wonderful experience with Chad and his team at American Plumbing Services of the Carolinas. I explained that I had a water leak somewhere near my front walkway and driveway as we were starting to see some water pooling in the area and my water bills had grown significantly over the last month. Chad came out the very next day, assessed the situation, and offered a couple potential solves. Once we decided on the right course of action, Chad and his team returned the next afternoon and completed the job in less than a day! It was not an easy job either as we have several older trees in our yard with extensive root systems. However, Chad and his team worked quickly and thoroughly, kept everything clean, communicated with us throughout the process and had everything operating smoothly when they left. We were extremely happy with their service and professionalism! I highly recommend for your plumbing needs.

Thank you RB for coming to my house today and installing my kitchen sink and putting in my new toilet. Very professional and so much respect. Explained everything when he got finished of what he did and if I had any questions. I know that I have a plumber that I can trust with RB.

Had water leak outside home. Called and had a technician out to the house within an hour. Leak was identified and fixed quickly. Technician also helped with changing out a couple of old outside faucets.

Very good excellent work.. quick to diagnose problems and got the work done fast.. pleasant easy to deal with..

A great small company who I couldn't recommend enough to anyone who ever needs honest and great service!

I can't speak highly enough about my experience with American Plumbing. I had a few quotes on a tankless water heater repair with a flush and just a flush on a second tankless heater and all the big name plumbing companies immediately and manipulatively went down the path of telling me I needed two brand new heaters and the quotes were for $12,000...$12,500+, etc. It was infuriating, when I just needed a simple repair and flush. My experience with American was fantastic. Speaking with Tiffany on the phone to schedule the same day appt was easy and she was very understanding of my frustrations to that point. When Jamie arrived an hour later, it took him about 5 minutes with a simple gas pressure reading to tell me that I only needed a new regulator cap because it was installed incorrectly 4 years ago before I purchased the home. I can't tell you what a relief it was to get an honest assessment from a knowledgeable technician. A few hundred dollars later and my 4 yr old unit was back up and running. An honest service company is a rare thing in this area. They all want to gouge you and sell you a brand new install before they even get to your house. I will absolutely call this company next time and not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I had a water leak in the line between my well and my house. I was working with another company to get it fixed. They kept putting me off because of the rain. I called American Plumbing today and my leak was fixed today! Jamie ROCKS!!! He was professional, knowledgeable and kind. I am beyond impressed with my service. Thank you Jamie!!!
