It was a while back but still feel.the need to let you know, shop around, their techs are on commission, and will try to sell you what you really do not need, tech cleared my drain and told me I needed to completely replace my sanitary lines at $3500 , what he didn't know im licensed plumbing in 3 states so that kind of repair is looked underneath myself, turns out I needed to repair the line from my MB bathroom, 3"45 , I took it out and put in 2 1/8 bends and resupported the pipe, I would have charged $500 to $750 for the repair, had he come with pictures I would have paid maybe up to $1000 but because he tried to get me for $3500 he only got the cable job.

I called several other companies and didn't even get to talk to a real person. Called Danco and talked to a nice lady who scheduled a technician to assist me the next day. He arrived and completed the job in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again.

Diagnosed issue quickly (clogged/broken main drain line). Properly repaired piping in a manner far superior than was originally done. The technician was courteous, highly skilled and professional.
