Impact help build the final five houses at Veterans community project! We couldn’t have done this without them. They were timely and knew what they were doing!

We needed to have our siding removed and replaced because of a horrible home builder did a poor job installing the siding.
We chose Impact Construction, we are so happy with our new home.. because it does really feels like a new house when we drive up.
It is so great to find a company that has the great employees that take pride in their skills. And they definitely have skills, our home looks amazing and we are proud of our home again.. we felt Tony was fair in his bid, and we really appreciated there wasn't any hidden charges. We are extremely pleased with the work done by Tony and his crews on our total basement remodel project. Not only was the craftsmanship of the work second to none but Tony was always available, was patient as we came to decisions, offered his professional input when asked, and provided beautiful quality materials while staying within his quote and our budget for the project. We had Impact do a kitchen remodel and reflooring of our upper level and were very satisfied with the result. Tony and his crew were great to work with every step of the way. Tony's enthusiasm and ideas at our initial meeting were very refreshing to see and were a big reason we chose him to do the work. Throughout the whole building process he kept up great communication with us and the crews were very professional as well. I had an outstanding experience with GC Concrete and Construction, led by Toni Gonzalez. Toni was always easy to reach, promptly responding to texts and calls, which made communication smooth and stress-free. He and his team were respectful, professional, and incredibly dedicated to their work and their customers. They showed up every day at exactly 8 o’clock, worked hard non-stop, and completed the project in just three days. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and they left the site spotless after finishing. I highly recommend GC Concrete and Construction for anyone seeking reliable, efficient, and high-quality work with less cost!!

I cannot say enough great things about RCM! They handled the post-tornado rebuilding of Plaza 41 (41st & Kiwanis, Sioux Falls) from start to finish - a year-long project costing multiple millions. Not only did they have to deal with multiple tenant build outs (each of whom had their own specific wants/needs), they also had to deal with insurance adjusters, the ownership group and high-maintenance me! As the property manager, we received numerous tenant compliments for RCM, which made my job so much easier. From office staff, to ownership, to project managers and employees, RCM is truly a top-notch organization! We've used them many times in the past and will continue to do so.

We were very happy working with Scholten construction and painting. They were timely, attentive to any questions we had and were extremely easy to work with!! Love the new paint job on our home!

My roof turned out great. The workers were very nice and kept my yard clean. I appreciated to the attention to detail. I got new gutters too and a hinge was added later when I asked for it. Thanks Brian

Eric and his crew did a wonderful job replacing my driveway. Very professional. They made sure my sprinkler heads adjacent to the driveway were undamaged, replanted the sod, cleaned up and made sure I was happy with the outcome!

Great (and prompt) job painting/staining our deck and front door! From the bid to completing the job all from the crew were very professional.

Very easy to work with. The crew was very professional and kept the site clean everyday. They were also very knowledgeable and quick. I would definitely use this company again in the future and recommend them to anyone.

We had a great experience with Scholten construction. They poured us a new patio and replaced concrete panels in our driveway. They worked very fast and did great quality work. The price was exactly as quoted. We would highly recommend this company.

We worked with a contractor employed by Scholten who misled us on who we should pay and on what timeline it would be done. When I called the main company number, they were unaware of the quote, the payment we made, and the project in general, which was extremely concerning as the work was done by their contractor who they passed our information along to in the first place. I was assured follow up today, but did not hear back. We also had to request they come back, as they initially installed gutters letting out directly on our foundation, which defeats the purpose of the gutters. In fairness, the roof repair and gutter repair did eventually get done, but we have not verified the look of the roof by climbing up there. While Scholten as a company seems okay, we had a poor experience this time.

EDIT: Scholten replied below, but the contractor told us he was with Scholten and when I called the owner, he told me all checks should have gone through Scholten. Unsure where the misunderstanding was here, but every step of the way it was claimed it went through Scholten.

We were very happy with the company and the crew of men that worked on our house. Got us scheduled in sooner than they thought were here everyday as they told us finished up in a timely manner. Did a lot of contact with us through text to keep us updated. Would definitely use this company again or recommend them to anybody else

After getting several quotes and looking at many reviews over the last 2 years we finally decided to get our driveway redone as well as add another pad. Tim made the entire process so easy! From every question and concern we had from start to end they made sure we knew what was happening as well as that we are happy with our new driveway. Highly recommend Scholten Construction, quality is above expectations and price was very reasonable!
