Reliable deck companies are hard to find! Drew and his crew did an amazing job from start to finish replacing our deck with correct footings, spacing etc. Drew was extremely responsive, and knowledgeable. His crew was efficient; basically done in a week(and our deck is large)from tear down to reconstruction AND cleaned up after completion. Price was fair considering they did everything top notch. We definitely recommend Scholten Construction and would absolutely use for future projects knowing they also do painting and concrete. Never had a construction project turn out this flawless and beautiful. Thanks Drew!

Tony and the rest of the Scholten construction crew did an amazing job siding and painting our home. They were responsive to our needs and delivered more than we asked. Tony was very quick to respond to a call or text, always taking the time to listen to our questions and requests. The quality of the craftsmanship is exceptional. I’m a perfectionist and they delivered beyond my standards. From start to finish they were fantastic to work with. I will be using Scholten construction for all of my future home improvement projects.

I saw Drew and crew building a neighbor's deck last November and finished the job Thanksgiving week. Bitter cold but they did a wonderful job. Drew came out and gave me a bid which we signed in January but even by then I was 10th or 12th in line for a new deck. They are one busy crew and it's no wonder they do an excellent job. Just finished my 12x16 replacement which they got done in 3 days tear down and construction and clean up. Looks great, it doesn't wiggle anymore, won't rot and I will never have to stain again. We received a bid for a complete exterior paint project from Tony. The crew assigned to our project was Jordan and Dakota. They showed uo on time and were very professional and polite. Very detail oriented and thorough cleanup at the end of each day! Their work was exceptional, and I will not hesitate to recommend Scholten and this team to anyone. We love the results!

Scholten Construction replaced our siding and painted the house. The crew did a wonderful job with the tear out, cleaning up, and installing the new siding. We have had so many neighbors comment on how beautiful our house looks now. Thank you to everyone involved in this project.

We hired Scholten Construction to build our 24x24 garage. Overall we are pleased with the way it turned out. Brian and his team did a great job!

We needed to call a few contractors in town for an estimate for repair in order to submit to insurance. When Drew showed up he seemed professional enough and had the estimate back to us quickly. We asked him about scheduling he refused to answer any questions about avalibility. We sent the bid in and the insurance agent was very concerned and said the estimate completely overshot the limits that the company provided. They sent us back out to get another bid from someone else and sure enough it was less than half the amount Drew wanted to charge. We checked the references of the competing bid and they looked great. We gave them the job instead. They did a phenominal job for less than half the amount of Scholtens bid. Not exactly sure why Drew thought he could overbid the repair by so far or if he just plain didn't want the job. People are not stupid and will eventually figure out that you are either shady, lazy or both. Either way this looked extremely disrespectful as you could have just said no.

Just finished up a siding/painting project with Scholten construction. They did a wonderful job. Smoothly sailing over every bump in the road. When tearing off the vinyl siding Jorge discovered we have another layer of wood siding under the vinyl. Tearing off second layer of siding Jorge brought it to our attention that the window framing was rotten on all the windows. Jorge and his team didn’t just cover up the damage as window contractor did, they actually repaired the damage. Upon completion of the siding it was Dakota and Jorden’s turn to apply the paint and trim color to the house. An outstanding job. Every little detail was attended to and we are extremely happy with the job and the price. We now have a home that we can be proud of. Thank you Anthony and the entire team at Scholten construction.

Tim Scholten helped me out this year with building our home. Tim was a HUGE help through the process of getting everything moving and the foundation done for the modular we had moved on site.

When it came time to place the modular we found we couldn't say things went as well with Tad Fiegen and Western Housing. However Tim stepped in even though he didn't have to help us. He cared enough to see it through and make sure that things were finished. None of those problems were things Tim needed to be involved in! Tim was willing to step in and help with problems and unforeseen issues with Western. Tim cares. He was on site checking with his subs and talking with us making sure we got great service from his team.

I will scream to the hills that Tim Sholten is amazing. I would work with the Scholten Construction crew any day of the week.

July 2025--I had a wonderful experience with Scholten Construction, specifically Drew. From initial estimate to completion of my deck remodel, Drew was very communicative and quick to answer and questions that I had throughout the process. The decking crew was very respectful of my property and did a fantastic job with the project. I couldn't be happier with how my deck turned out!
