Johnstone Supply- Sioux Falls, SD has again gone above and beyond with there customer service. We called around 12pm to report we had received a damaged product that we really needed to get installed. They showed up at our door about about 2-1/2 hours later (the amount of time it takes to get from Sioux Falls to our location) with the part we needed and we were able to keep the job moving. Very friendly staff. Place is huge. They have a lot in stock from the basic heating and air conditioning, to refrigeration, to commercial products. This is one of the best Johnstone Supply stores I’ve been too.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. These guys will help you figure it out and get the right parts for your project. They're also excellent at handling warranty issues without the typical hassle that can be encountered with warranty items. All in all I'd say that Johnstone is my first choice for parts and equipment.

People who work here are polite. Unless you are dealing with the back warehouse area. One guy in particular is very rude. I parked my car out of the way from their work area so I could do my job at the construction site for all of 10 minutes. This guy was very rude and acted like the 10 minutes my car was parked in a small corner of the parking lot, which was never problem and i come here many times of the day just about every day, was going to mess up his whole day. I would recommend coming here for the products, though!!

A+ for the company. Because it seems like every location I have dealt with so far has atleast one go-getter that will make it right. Very small business that has only dealt with 2 locations, but I am very happy.

Roger's Plumbing has always been good to me. I had them replace my copper lines with PEX in my exposed basement ceiling. They scheduled and competed the work in a timely fashion. The workers were courteous and professional. They were able to think outside the box and help me move an existing vent pipe to a more desirable location.
My only complaint is that since I have an exposed ceiling that will not be covered with a drop or drywall (and they knew this), the PEX lines are not as "neat and tidy" as I would like visually. I will probably not be focused on my ceiling once the rest of the space is complete but at this point it is noticeable.
I would recommend them as they are willing to listen to customer concerns, requests and specifications (usually). Thank you!

We recently had a 3 head mini-split installed by Roger's Plumbing & Heating. The experience was exceptional. Great design, communications throughout the project was excellent. Highly recommend.

Very reliable. We had a pipe freeze on Christmas eve, in a snow storm, at midnight and had to shutt off water at home. We called every plumber in town and Roger's plumbing was the only one who responded and sent a plumber to save the day. They also did not charge us more than the usual. We only worked with Roger's plumbing ever since. Thank you for being reliable.

We have been very satisfied with Roger’s. We purchased our furnace and air conditioner from them. Appreciate being on a payment plan where we pay each month and they service our air and furnace in the spring and fall Workers are great

We received a notice on our ecobee app that the furnace had quit working while we were miles from home. I contacted Rogers Plumbing and within 3 hours all was well! They are an amazing company with such a great product and even better service. They treat you like family. We tell all our friends to pick them....you should too!

I had a great experience with Roger's Plumbing and Heating's staff. They are courteous and professional. They handled and completed the flooding in my basement in a timely manner. Above all the price was right, and they are available 24/7. Place a call to them today, you will be amazed.

We contacted Roger's Plbg and Htg to replace our aged and obsolete furnace and central air conditioner. They were prompt in responding with a quote presenting us with 4 Carrier system options. We chose the system that suited our need and our budget (their prices were very competitive). The installation took place a week later and was done in about six hours. We are very pleased with the quality of their work and follow-up. We highly recommend them.

We had a gas line run from meter through storage area and finished basement ceiling to kitchen for our gas stove. They did it with no mess, no holes to repair and very quickly!! It was a fabulous experience, especially after 2 nightmare estimates loaded with damage/repair costs!! Roger’s is the BEST!! We also had them install a humidifier on the furnace… same great results!!😁
