Rogers was great to work with the install of our new HVAC system. Very thorough with the options of each unit to choose from which made our decision easy. The next day they followed up with a visit to make sure everything went smoothly and to go over things and answer any questions we had. We highly recommend Rogers Plumbing and Heating. It was a great experience!

I've used Roger's Plumbing & Heating for years. They installed a new negative airflow unit heater in one of my commercial buildings on time and on budget.
They installed a new gas furnace and central air conditioner in a rental house in middle of winter in 1 day. We had to wait a couple days for delivery of the new furnace and the same day our old furnace failed they brought over two 220 volt space heaters that heated the house to comfortable temps.
New furnace was installed on time and on budget. Chris helped me with rebate forms and we got a nice rebate from the furnace company.
Roger's furnace service man made a after hours holiday service call over Christmas to fix a shop heater for me. He had to go get a part and still had it fixed in 2 hours.
So I have all good experience with Roger's with commercial, rental properties, and my own residence.

We have a timber frame home, so finding ways to run ducting and plumbing throughout were difficult, but the guys at Roger's were able to find a way to effectively and efficiently heat and plumb our home. Thank you!

I’m a truck driver. I was out of town, when my wife notified me that our heater would not work. So I started calling around. So glad I found Roger’s. I was able to schedule an appointment to have A technician come out and take a look at my heater and AC unit. We were able to get both heater and AC unit replaced in a very timely manner. The technician that came out was very nice, polite and friendly. He answered all of my wife’s questions and concerns. Thank you again for coming out and doing such a wonderful job.

Our furnace went out late on a Friday night. The service tech was out the next day and went the extra mile to help us, but there were too many issues to make a repair worthwhile. We went with a new Carrier system installed by Roger's and they were also prompt and professional.

Absolutely bad,bad ,bad
First of all we have paid for a service contract with Roger's Plumbing which covers annual check of the furnace. When the tech was here in October. He supposedly checked everything over. Basically the only thing he did was changed the filter on the humidifier.
We started having trouble with humidifier. That was an extra service call. Then we had more trouble with keeping the furnace running , when the tech came out and said he cleaned the burners. Well, it didn't work so I called another furnace repair service the tech changed the thermostat but the furnace still didn't work so he cleaned jets. After all this, the furnace is finally working! My question is why everything wasn't cleaned when the tech was here in October???? Because of their poor service and high prices, they are no longer our furnace techs!

My experience with Roger’s Heating and Plumbing was incredible! My AC unit went out. Roger’s was able to send someone out the same day I called. Michael was on time and very professional. Michael was extremely informative and made sure I understood everything he was explaining. Michael quoted me for a new AC and furnace, with multiple options. Once I chose my option, Michael had me scheduled for installation within a week. Michael also made a repair on my current AC unit to make sure we had AC while we waited for the new installation! After a poor experience with the company initially called, I’m extremely happy with Roger’s Heating and Plumbing!

Our heat pump system was put out on bids when replacement was needed. Mike with Roger's replied promptly and explained the their bids in detail. After reviewing 2 other company's bids we decided to go with Roger's. Decided on a Monday, complete install on Thursday. Great people to work with from Mike, to techs for install to office people. VERY pleased with the Bosch system.

The remodel work they done was way overpriced for the amount of time it took to get the work done.
The plumbers were "very" rude and unprofessional for the amount of money they charged. The estimator made it sound like they would be putting in long days to perform the work. I was home the entire time and they were lucky to put in 60 hours of labor and maybe $800 in parts for around $4000. What a rip off place and like I said very rude service people!
Never again!

My electric boiler went out in my shop. They were at my shop within a day, had me a quote that night, and replaced with a propane boiler within a few days. Mike was fantastic to deal with. I believe I talked to the owner on the phone and he was trying to repair my old boiler in the meantime. Both great people to deal with. Highly recommend!

I was in a situation which Tad Fiegen from Western Housing installed Duct work that wasn't up to code according to City on the modular house he sold us. Fighting through this experience was painful. Zach Jorgenson was our hero! Open, honest, No BS-- explained well and was happy to answer questions and work with us. He went above and beyond. The team that came out and replaced and tied things together also did a great job. Quality work, and looks great!

Just had the best experience with Randall from Roger's. Such a thorough check of our furnace system, explaining things as he worked through it. Very personable and we're very glad we called Roger's! Thank you Randall!

Can’t speak to hvac but recently had them out for a water heater estimate. They charge $100 just to leave the shop and come to your home as a service fee. Also know they collect payment at time of service before leaving your home via portable card reader. The estimate for a 50 gallon water heater was $2700 with no thrills and no bells and whistles. I inquired about a detailed estimate for which it still was not broken down but the gentlemen who did the estimate said he “budgets” a full working day for labor costs. I followed that by asking if the final cost would be less and based on actual labor time to which the response was the estimate is the same as the final cost regardless of actual time spent. Hence the gross over estimation of labor time. Trade off if it happened to take longer wouldn’t be charged more but 8 hours of labor time for a tanked water heater switch out is grossly excessive. We had another local company install and they were done in about 2 hours and charged $1700 for a 50 gallon water heater but with an extra add on booster which makes the 50 gallon size equivalent to about an 85 gallon tank size. I’ll let you math how much the over charge would be with Rogers (hint: about 6hrs x hourly 100-150 per hour guesstimate).

It's been one year since the installation of a new carrier two stage gas furnace from Rogers. Sales call was professional with all options explained along with cost. Installation went very well Adam and Kevin, very knowledgeable and professional with top-notch work. Efficiency of the new furnace and Central humidifier along with Ecobee, smart thermostat has kept us very comfortable and definitely was the right choice. Very satisfied!

Had two great experiences with Rogers. They installed a gas line for my gas dryer and a few months later a humidifier to my HVAC. Both times they were timely, cleaned up after, and most importantly did the work well. I will use them in the future.
