Let me just say these guys are awesome -22 degrees and these guys installed a new furnace. These guys do not disappoint. i first met with them on the dot 9:30 am. A few scruffy guys came and i was kinda worried.

But man did these guys know their stuff. The man that was in our house walked me through everything they were doing. He made me feel a part of the process while educating me at the same time.

The even vacummed our chimney and ducts before install. There was 2 guys under our house in -22 degrees. Let me say that again... negitive 22 degrees. The crew manager made sure ever 10 minutes to check on his guys. they had great communication letting the guys go in the car to warm up until they were needed for the next step of the process.

The crew manager apologized for the guys going in the car so much. Of coarse this wasnt a problem for me. It was cold i would have had them come in but it was 30 degrees inside. After the install the crew manager showed me everything about the system. After they vacuumed the carpet where they were working. Now thats service. After he educated me and stuck around ti make sure everything was functioning correctly.

If i could give 10 stars i would great service great guys and you can tell they really are commited to making the customer happy. Do not fret over these negitive reviews. I am a young parent of 3 boys they bent over backwards to make sure we had heat for our kids. They did our grandmothers furnace 3 years ago my inlaws last year and ours this year. I will go to them for now on. Great guys great business 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I have never had a more terrible experience with new equipment. I bought a manufactured home just a tad over a year ago. The home came with a new AC unit installed and sold by Aaron’s Heating & Cooling. I have also never sat down an taken the time to write a review, but I am THAT MAD. Within the first summer of moving in my AC unit started leaking Freon. Aaron’s came out within the week, no issues. Then early this summer (roughly around Jan/Feb) the same issues arose. I spoke with one of their techs and he came out, and turned off my unit at the breaker, and said he would be back. He never returned, and throughout the week I was told multiple days they would arrive. Finally... almost TWO weeks later I got an older gentleman to my house and he said he would put in a “stop leak” stuff and refill it with Freon. During this process he ran out of Freon, and said it should be cold now but I will be back tomorrow to finish filling it. Ok... so a couple days go by and no tech... so I called. I was told by the person on the phone he did stop and fill it, and I responded with no, I have cameras all around my home and there was no one the last two days. He said he would call me back, he did, and then swore that the guy came. Now almost a month later I have yet again a leaking Freon NEW AC UNIT. 3 times in barely a year is unacceptable and instead of trusting these guys warranty work, or their word for scheduling, I am paying a reputable company in Sioux Falls to come to repair it. Two of my phone calls with Aaron’s also ended in a tech hanging up on me angry that I was calling. AARONS HEATING AND COOLING IS TRASH. I will continue to pass the word around town, and Aaron, if you would like to call me, I’m guessing you have my number!

Dan from Aaron's was efficient, compassionate, and even able to get the services requested done on the same day that I called. I have an amazing central air unit installed and am thrilled with job that's been done. Thank you!!!!

I had my a/c unit checked and cleaned. I was a little low on refrigerant so that was added to fix our problem. The service was great. Our technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were great. Turn around time was the day after I called for service. Highly recommend. Will use them for all my heating and cooling needs in the future.

One of the best companies in Sioux Falls! Very affordable, clean work & very professional and well mannered employees. Definitely worth your money, if your AC went out or needs repair or anything call up the best in town!

The guys were great, very responsive & quick, fully explained our options & answered all questions with ease. I work from home & the man replacing my AC unit was very respectful & quiet in the process. Will definitely be using them for all our future needs!!

Aaron's is fantastic! They fixed our ac in the summer and it was just one part and they had us cool again. Today we woke up to our house being 46° freezing! We called and they were here in 5 minutes and had heat working within 20. Very reasonably priced, great service and most importantly, both times they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need! Thanks again for the great work and fantastic service!

Very fast and professional, when others stated I would need a new unit Aaron’s came out and troubleshot the older unit. Dan and Kaden went above expectations. When it is time to get the replacement unit installed they will be my first call.

Furnace went out on Thanksgiving morning. They came within a couple hours of calling. The owner was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. He got it fixed and saved the holiday. He will now be the only one we call. Thanks for spending time on your holiday to provide excellent service!

We worked with this company per the recommendation of our home warranty and did not have a good experience. They were never on time, did not communicate with what was wrong/being fixed. We have now had another company tell us they actually made our problems with the air conditioner worse. They offered some short fixes that lasted a few weeks but then we would have more issues and ultimately they caused damage to our unit. Would not recommend.

Dan was very responsive to diagnose my furnace issues. He provided me me options to repair or replace my furnace. Because of the age, pricing and benefits of updating the equipment I went ahead and replaced the furnace and air conditioning. Jon, the technician was able to answer all my questions. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional. An added bonus, he left the areas clean if not cleaner from when he arrived. I will and have recommended Aaron' Heating & Cooling to my friends and family.

Randy and Sam did a great job adding some extra lighting to a couple rooms that really needed it. Very friendly and professional. Cleaned up the minimal mess they made and replace any furniture that needed to be moved. Would recommend and will use again!!

The HVAC installation crew arrived on time & got right to work. They were very respectful of both the property and my work schedule & space. My new AC unit was fully installed and operating in just under 4 hours. I am very happy with their work & would recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Travis provided GREAT customer service. Travis was very thorough during the inspection Travis helped me to better understand the new furnace/AC unit Travis answered all my questions !! Very grateful for him !!

The technician that came to check our AC system was very professional and explained as well as showed everything he did. He was very thorough and so pleasant. Great recommendation for him!!!

Water heater installed the next day. Zack was efficient and professional. While at the house discovered and replaced a leaking pipe. We are grateful for his help!

I have been Frisbee customer for ~25 years. Have not called anyone else for ~20 years. They have replaced hot water heater several times, toilets multiple times and a completely new heating and air conditioning system, to name a few of my services. I Called for home garbage disposal swap. I bought same exact model at Lowe’s and needed swapped out. Disposal cost $139. Bill came— no itemization for anything just $266 line item??? Called and complained as this could not be accurate and billing lady told me it looked like I had been billed for their furnished disposal—talk to manager. Talked with Mr. Lamb and he told me line item was accurate and the horrible conversation ended with a statement to take my business elsewhere, so I will.

I don't like leaving reviews for bad service but this place is absolutely horrible. Called for a service fee for $130 on a Sat and talked to a person on the phone and says that would be the cost. Charged us another 200 dollars for labor fee and no labor was done. Checked the pressure in our AC and read 0 and told us a new unit was needed did not repair anything, was there maybe 5-10 minutes max.

However, had another guy come fix it for $70 3 weeks ago and added freon and has worked great ever since then (no leaks or anything as we were told). It had plenty of pressure on his reading as well, but zero when Frisbee checked somehow?

Did same thing to my parents 3 years ago, told them they needed a new unit and instead they had another person come fix for under 100 dollars and they have never had an issue for 3 years since adding freon.

No leaks in either of our units they will do whatever they can to tell you to buy a new unit and it is absolutely ridculous. Fixed our toilet 5 years ago and said we needed a new one also after a few minutes but luckily they cracked it themselves and had to replace. Was probably a cheap repair as well now that I think about it

I highly recommend looking elsewhere for any HVAC needs, even the person we had to repair our AC unit in 30 minutes (been great since) told us to never contact Frisbee for any needs. Only bad review I've ever left on google but this place is unacceptable.

We used Frisbee for AC and a possible plumbing issue. We would give the AC tech six stars if that was an option! He fixed our AC quickly and taught us some basic maintenance we should have been doing all along but weren't aware of (first time home owners). It was 90 out today and I needed a sweater because the fixed AC is so powerful.

The plumber determined our pipes were ok and that he didn't know what the issue was. Fair, it happens - but $185 to not actually fix anything? I understand paying him for his time making the call but he was in our house less than a half hour, so the price seems steep as he didn't fix our problem.

I do appreciate they were able to come so quickly. Overall would use them again I think, at least for any issues with our AC.

Dan did an OUTSTANDING job installing our humidifier. I really appreciated his willingness to answer all of my questions when he finished. He was thorough in his explanations and he left the workspace better than when he arrived. I will definitely be recommending Frisbees to family/friends. Thanks Dan for a job well done!
