Our outdoor faucet broke. We bought a new faucet. Had to put a hole in the wall and the pipe had been sweated on. We didn't know what to do. So on friday, I called Roger's plumbing & Heating thinking here we go another pay out for home repairs. I don't know his name but he told us what we needed to do. He didn't have to do that. He could have said let's just make an appointment for next week. We did what he told us to do and we got it done. To me that is amazing. Then today Monday they called to see if we got it fixed. Amazing!!
Even tho they didn't come fix our issue

Zach was able to get the installers to our house within a couple days in January for a new furnace and then when it warmed up for a new air conditioner. Everyone was very professional! Highly recommend them!

Rogers are excellent. They are responsive, meticulous and honest. I highly recommend them and do.

Rogers were amazing! So fast to respond and so helpful. We appreciated the knowledge they shared and couldn't be happier with our furnace and central air. They truly took the time to answer all our questions. They also provide options with no pressure.

Just bought a new water heater and a month later stop working and I call since it was suppose to be warranty. Have no hot water, so I call the number. Spoke to dispatcher and they never mention anything about after hours fee for something they install. Horrible customer service wish I would have gone with another company but lesson learned.

We've done it all with Roger's, plumbing, heating and AC repairs/replacement. Taylor has helped us with plumbing items a couple times along with a furnace repair, he is fantastic! He is so friendly and helpful to make sure things got done correctly as previous owners on our house did DYI items incorrectly. We also got a new AC through them and that service was prompt and great price! Will always recommend them!

The valve on my water heater started leaking this past Saturday. Over the phone I was told there was a flat fee plus parts. It was a quick and easy fix for the tech who came out, he was courteous and professional and did good work. He cut out the the faulty valve and installed a new ball valve. The bill seemed high (500+) but we paid, a little surprised that the ball valve would be that expensive. We knew he was not the one to pick a fight with over pricing. After researching and talking to other plumbers we find the part is a 20$ part. I called Monday morning to talk about this apparent markup. The answer I got from the receptionist was this; 275 for after hours call is not the only labor rate. There was another hourly labor rate added on, that the part was not marked up. I am not sure if that was communicated well on the original call. So, 275$ for the after hours service call, 228$ for labor and parts (20$ part). Time of repair, 20-25 minutes. 5 stars for the work quality, 1 star for communication.

Installation of a new Carrier furnace and central air was completed in a very professional manner. The installation was done neatly and with exceptional attention to detail. The technicians were knowledgeable and competent. The Carrier products appear to be well designed and I hope to get many years of service out of them. I have also used Roger's for a plumbing job and was very satisfied with the work. Thanks

I have used Rogers for several years, from plumbing issues, new air conditioning,new hot water heater and repair our furnace. They are professional and hard working and will be on time for whatever you need, there techs are also friendly and will keep you updated on the progress of your repair, I will continue to use them, great service Rogers! I highly recommend this business! My sister had another company she found on Google go to our elderly parents home because our dad thought their furnace was out. They were told they needed a new furnace and were quoted 10k for a new furnace. The guy was very pushy about them signing paperwork that day and said they would help them with financing. My husband thought that was a little suspicious and asked that I call Roger's plumbing and heating for a second opinion. I called them early morning and they were able to go to my parents home that same day. My parents were told they did not need a new furnace and that it looked like some cables had been moved around. I value their honesty and I know who my family will be calling if we are ever in need of their services.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Roger's Plumbing & Heating. We needed to replace our furnace and AC and received several quotes from local companies. We ended up choosing Roger's specifically because of their customer service. Josh was great to work with and spent time talking to us about all our options. He made us feel confident and comfortable and always returned our calls promptly. Michael and his team did the actual work at our house. They were really thorough and so great to work with. Michael took the time to explain anything we needed to know about our new system and answer our questions. He was very considerate about keeping our house really clean throughout the process. We love our new system, and we are so glad we chose to do business with Roger's. We will definitely do business with them again in the future!

The A/C went out and Roger's was fast to meet with me and discuss options. As soon as the decision was made on the replacement Roger's replaced the A/C and furnace almost the very next day. They were amazing to work with, the removal of the old and replacement of the new was efficient and very professional. I highly recommend them for your needs.

Rogers came and serviced our HVAC, thanks to the service plan that checks it twice per year. The same tech helped us with a plumbing problem! Everything was fixed quickly and completely. We were very pleased and will call them again.

Wonderful service. Great job of diagnosing & repairing the issues with my air-conditioning unit. This saved me thousands of dollars, compared to what competitors had quoted. Needless to say, I again contacted them when I had issues with my water heater. Again they were able to make the necessary repairs vs the cost of replacement. I would highly recommend Roger's for your HVAC & plumbing needs.

Roger's does great work with friendly service and reasonable prices. They gave us a reasonable quote on a new system for a very old farm house outside of Sioux Falls that other companies wouldn't do. They ate timely with their service calls and great to work with.
