Update: frisbees did apologize for the below mess and sent a gift card to try to make things better. I appreciate their efforts and taking it seriously so I’m going to update them to 3 stars.

TLDR: fan installation is fine but they left my bathrooms a total mess with insulation and dust everywhere. Also, poor communication.

August 30: Frisbees came out to look at and quote our project.

September 12: Hadn't heard anything about scheduling so my husband called and they couldn't even find our information in the system.

September 26: My husband called again because we still hadn't heard anything about being scheduled. He was told the guy does his own scheduling and basically will reach out to us a week in advance. What an awful system?! We essentially had no idea when they might be ready to do our project.

September 29: I called Frisbees to ask about scheduling. Got the same information as my husband.

October 28: My husband received communication that Frisbees would arrive on November 2nd between 9 and 10 am, closer to 10.

November 2nd: Frisbees arrived prior to 8 am, which was never communicated to us. The actual project went fine. But when they left, my house was a disaster, as shown. No drop cloths were used to keep dust off the floors, bathroom doors were left open so the dust traveled out of the bathrooms and onto carpet and other furniture. We were never informed to remove items from our bathrooms so all of our toothbrushes, kids bath toys, etc are covered in insulation and dust. (see photos)

While the actual work performed was fine I was not impressed at all with how they left my home or how scheduling staff communicated.

I’m writing a review on behalf of my daughter that used your services recently, she had a leak in her basement and was very upset about the whole situation, from first dealing with the people that answer your phones to the gentlemen you sent out all I can say is top notch service, we spoke for a while about it after it was fixed and she kept telling me how great the plumbers Zach and Dan were, they were not only professional but very knowledgeable about what was going on and how to fix it, she said they even cleaned the mechanical room better then when they arrived, I don’t remember the person she spoke with over the phone but they were also very professional and friendly. I can’t thank you enough for taking care of my child in such a professional manner, keep up the great work.

Great service!!! We had to have a secondary AC unit replaced, the bid was the lowest we received, but more importantly they were able to get it installed in just a few days, versus a couple of weeks. The installers were polite and took a every measure to protect our carpet etc.

Frisbees has been my go to since I became a homeowner back in 2004 thanks to my parents recommendation.
Now on my second home...They have replaced a furnace, AC, water heater.
They are quick and spot on as far as scheduling.
I am late in time giving this review as the work has been done over years ago but they have always provided excellent service.

The team at Frisbees went above and beyond for us when our AC unit went out. We went from simply being scheduled for a technician to look at things two days out to Mark quickly noting the need for replacement, getting us a quote, and having a new unit installed in less than 24 hours. Our technician mentioned it would have been his day off but didn’t want to leave anyone without air over a long holiday weekend and came in just to do the install. Everyone was so kind and helpful and they offered very reasonable prices!

Exceptional service. Tremendously appreciated service process - from the initial phone call, the early arrival, thorough discussion of warranty and expert installation. Highly recommend.

The technician, Travis, that came out and diagnosed the issue was great. Along with the technician that came to fix the issue, Jason was wonderful.

However scheduling and getting someone to my house was a pain.

They said someone would come out within a two hour window. An hour and a half after the window I called because nobody showed up. They sent someone over within an hour.

Then I was told someone would call me to schedule the repair. I waited well over a week and didn't hear back. Had to call again and they said someone will call to schedule it... Waited another 24 hours and nobody called. Out of patience I reached out yet again and finally got the repair scheduled. During this entire time my AC unit was leaking all over my basement.

Day of the repair nobody shows up. I wait all morning and of course call them again. Was told it was put in for the wrong day and someone should come tomorrow.

It felt like I was an inconvenience to them. I had to pester them constantly just to get service. Constantly getting blown off. Had to be available at all times because I didn't know when someone would actually show up.

Once people were here everything went fine but scheduling was a nightmare.

I've used them before and didn't have any issues but after this most recent experience I'm not sure I would use Frisbee again.

They made multiple mistakes and put all the additional costs on the customer. No accountability. No wonder they were the lowest bid. The only positive interaction I had was with Kelsey in the showroom. Shout out to her! Don’t waste your time or money.

I went into the Frisbees showroom to order two new toilets for our house. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The installers arrived on time and did the installations without a hitch. They were also very friendly. My advice? Skip the discount stores and go right to Frisbees where they know what they are doing!!! They will stand behind their work. Shout out to Megan, Tim and Tjaden. Thanks so much Frisbees! 🙂

Jaysen and the guys at Frisbees did an amazing job putting in my new furnace and central air unit! Absolutely efficient and super personable!

I was having furnace problems and leaving to go out of town the next day. Called Frisbees for help! The young man who fixed the issue was very polite and good at his job. All taken care of before I left!

Freezing cold temps, howling winds and no heat...Frisbees is the best. Arrived in reasonable amount of time after first call, repair tech was extremely professional "Travis" explained what he was doing, why and exactly what he found wrong...repaired and heat flowing as normal. Highly recommend

I am totally amazed with the service at Frisbee's! Everyone I talked to went over and above for me. I am purchasing a new home & we were down to the final negotiations, so the furnace was the last issue. I thought it would take weeks to get an inspection, which painfully delays the purchasing process. I am so grateful to all of you at Frisbee's for making things happen! Just signed the purchase agreement last night!
If I need a new furnace, I am definately coming to you!!

Evan worked out some problems on our in floor heating. Plus changed filter for first time in 4 years that that should be replaced yearly. Although I'm disappointed in last several service calls of other techs, I feel Evan got job done right. Very knowledgeable, explained everything, polite.

My furnace went out and Frisbee had someone there the same day. Zach was my technician and he was wonderful to work with. He was efficient and thorough and took the time to walk me through what needed to be repaired. I had a great experience. Thank you Zach!

I always have speedy answered calls and prompt help from Frisbee’s whenever I’ve had plumbing needs. Recently I spent hours researching shower heads and kitchen sinks online before stopping in and I’m so glad I did. Megan helped me find exactly what I needed in about 30 minutes—and for nearly half the price I was seeing online. Super helpful service and a huge time saver. Highly recommend!

We’ve never had anything but great experiences with Frisbees. They’ve always been honest, fair, and straightforward. Most recently, they inspected an electric heater and completed a simple, affordable repair—after another company told us we needed a $4,000 replacement. That level of integrity is hard to find. We’re extremely impressed with Frisbee and have used them multiple times for heating and cooling service. Highly recommend them for reliable HVAC repairs and honest diagnostics.
