They did the complete install on our new house. 18 months after completion the system stopped cooling. The technician found the coil to be low on coolant and a leak which he couldn't repair. Rheem provided the replacement coil free of charge but Central Heating wanted $384 in parts and labor. Basically since Rheem wouldn't pay them for the labor they want me to. This isn't standing behind your work or your products. There is no reason they should be doing repair work for a fee on a house this new. You're getting nothing special by using these guys.

Mitchell came out to our house within 20 minutes of our call. We had Fantastic service and he got our new blower unit installed all during my lunch hour! You don't find great service like this anymore.

Had my AC go out in the middle of the summer. Central Heating and Air did an inspection on my old unit and replaced my AC within a week, which was much sooner than other companies were offering at the time. Great customer service and competitive pricing. Would recommend.

We were told the heat pump was bad. First call out they told us too much coolant. Second call out the told us not enough coolant. They were to give us a price on a new unit. Never got an email or a quote back from them also asked for quote on some duct work. Never received anything from them. The second call out the service tech said no charge. Now I am getting a call from collection agency for the “no charge” non repair.

Reclaimed my refrigerant and reused it and charged me for new, tec told me he reclaimed refrigerant and just added a little, when office manager asked him he said he didn't reclaim and added 5 pounds. ( He lied). Don't do business with this company! My first question to tec was is the compressor burned out, he said no it is still working but about ready to go, then I asked was freon burned he said no I reclaimed it, then he said he only had to add a little, now I'm getting charged for full freon charge, which most of it was mine. My problem is not the money it's them lying to me, HOW CAN YOU TRUST ANYONE WHO LIES TO!

The service they provided has been really solid. They had the best solution to our basement challenge to which another unsaid large local HVAC retailer here messed up on. These guys are top notch (not perfect in everything) but what I needed them for pertaining to a basement finish these guys delivered a great service and product, I would trust these guys to do it again.

I have a 20 year old furnace that, thanks to Central Heating and Air, is still working fine. Every now and then there are minor problems and they come within hours of my call and fix them. It's good to have a dependable company to rely on. Also, they come within minutes of when they say they will be here. Other service companies could take a lesson!!

I've worked with this company in the past and they provided a fall cleanup and checkup for the winter season. They cleaned it as agreed upon and didn't note any other issues. I would use this company again. They are a local company and have also been voted a "Local Best" for the 2014 year which is the customers who vote for local companies based on their overall experience with the company.

As with any company you should always check, licensing, insurance, bonding and references to make sure you're doing your part in selecting a good reputable company.

My furnace was going out in the middle of winter and Paul and his team were great at getting my furnace and AC replaced. They were able to answer all my questions, gave me all possible options given the situation I was in, and were very accommodating to my schedule. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to CHA should I any other needs arise in the future.

My landlord had them come and install a new AC unit for us. The gentleman Paul was here at 730am and done by 1230 pm. Talk about professional and courteous service. If I ever happen to own a home these guys totally sold me on using them exclusively and truly happy my landlord does business with them.

There had been issues in the past that I experienced with this company, but recently received a call from the owner apologizing for what occurred and explained the situation within the office had been resolved. He offered our families next two services at no charge as well as refunding us for a part that we needed to have installed after the last servicing had some issues. I really appreciated the step up in customer service and would refer others into contacting them!

Called them for furnace that quite working, they had a tech out within 2 hours and she did a diagnostic test and found several items not working along with a cracked heat exchanger that was allowing CO2 into the house. After a thorough explanation we had no choice but to replace the furnace. Thankfully we have a fireplace and managed to stay warm for the evening. The next morning by 8:30 they were back taking out the old furnace and installing the new one. I highly recommend them to anyone. Great company, great product, great service. My 2020 Townhome Heating/Air was installed by these guys. As a result, they were the first people I called for an install on a garage heater. Everything went great, I was contacted along the way and pricing was within the normal spec of this kind of job. There was a little hang up on the blade inside the heater but it was fixed and we were ensured it was good to go. No problems since! Made the mistake of using a different company for my furnace cleaning and won't make it again. These guys are the way to go!!

Central is my go to for annual maintenance and inspections. Prompt, affordable, and the techs have always been excellent (shoutout to Tyler today for squeezing an appointment in!)
