My A/C unit died on me and I called a few places to come out and give estimates. These guys were quick to answer the call and very friendly. I scheduled for sunshine to come to my house at 3pm the next day. I had to leave work early, but it would be worth it to get my A/C back up and running sooner. 3pm rolled around the next day and no one came. After 30 minutes, I called to make sure I hadn't got the time and day wrong. They confirmed that it was correct and the tech was running way behind. They offered to send someone whose right away, which was good, but with the travel time from their shop, it wouldn't work with my schedule. I rescheduled for the next day and that tech did show up. He said they'd send the estimate by the next day. It never showed up. It's now been a month and I don't expect it to show up. I got the ac fixed by someone else. If you're thinking I didn't give them a chance because I didn't send a reminder about the estimate after a few days, you're wrong. A company that doesn't show up to the appointment or even communicate they are over an hour behind, plus they don't send over the estimate is not one worth working with.

Excellent Service performed by experience Techs

Prompt, courteous service. Didnt hae to wait weeks or months for AC/Heater check. Service man showed up early with a phone call to let me know he was on his way. Very satisfied

It is unfortunate, but I have had to use these guys a few times over the last couple years. They have always taken great care of us and are super responsive. Anytime our Heater or AC unit act up at home or our business, they are the first people we call.

Cannot praise them enough, we were fit in for a last minute job due to our AC going out during the hottest days this summer. Very professional and responded quickly. Highly recommend!!

They are great and have always taken care of us. Our equipment always works as expected thanks to their expertise. One of the few companies in the Sioux Falls area that actually does a combustion test and actually takes measurements to make sure equipment is working as expected. Very impressed!

They were very prompt - actually arrived 1/2 hour before scheduled time. The repair man seemed very efficient and answered all our questions. We do feel that the price is a little high but, right now, everything Is too high. However, getting fast, dependable service is definitely worth something!!!
