I was in a really warm and sticky situation with my AC going out in the evening hours of summer. Tyler really came through for us! He was prompt in getting to my home and did a great job in getting us up and running again.
I would recommend Tyler and Central Heating and Air to anyone that is looking for HVAC type of repair.

Central Heating and Air recently performed our HVAC install including a relocation of equipment. I knew it was not going to be an easy project and hard to admit but I can be a critical and demanding customer. I was super impressed by the quality and professionalism of the Tristen/Tyler install team. In addition to a top notch project they communicated with me as they progressed. The project cost was reasonable and the equipment is performing beautifully! Strong Work Super Team!

Spent no time actually trying to check things, told me my furnance room leaking below freezing air into my apartment was “normal” and got an attitude when i didnt just agree with him. Mason is terrible at communicating and i’m upset I even let them into my home. If i could give zero stars i would.

Had a great experience with Luke from Central fixing an issue with my HVAC freezing over due to a welded contact. He fixed the issue quickly and was a great communicator.

Tech Rihanna was terrific! Very helpful answering questions I had, assisted me to change the filter, explained better placement of CO monitor.
I really appreciate the call ahead that tech is on the way and the regular reminders about needed checkups..

My heat went out on a cold Sunday morning so I called Central Heating and Air. Tyler showed up and found that my furnace coil was cracked so my furnace needed to be replaced. Two days later I had a new furnace and the service was top notch. Tyler really knows was he is doing and he sold me and installed the new furnace in two days.

I needed my furnace inspected for the winter season, Rihanna called and said she would be 5 minutes late, how respectful!!! She was there when she said she would be, I showed her what she needed to know and let her get busy with her work!
She was a delight to visit with and certainly knew what she was doing. I must say I have come to believe the gals do a wonderful job and are so thorough. I highly recommend the company and Rihanna!

Luke from Central Heating & Air came out for preventative maintenance on our furnace, air exchanger, humidifier.  They were prompt and came when scheduled.  This is a new home for us and we wanted things checked before winter.  Luke was great about explaining possible problem areas on the hvac system, how often to clean filters in the air exchanger etc.  No upsell for filters, parts or pressure about any maintenance agreements!  The price was very reasonable. Luke was knowledgeable, courteous and willing to answer any questions.  I would highly recommend Central Heating & Air.

We had Mason with Central Heating and Air come out and do an estimate to install a new garage heater for us. He came out, gave an estimate, followed up then installed it. He did such and awesome job start to finish I cant express how grateful I was for this! In today's world of somewhat diminished customer service I am so glad to see Mason and Central Heating and Air has not lost site of that and took care of me the customer from start to finish. Heater is working great and looks fantastic! Give that man a raise! Thanks Roger Haack.

An issue arose with my furnace last night and the temperature had dropped in my home. I called Central Heating since they had installed the HVAC system when the home was built and I have used them for service each spring and fall. They were able to have a tech arrive today who diagnosed the issue, explained it to me, and make the repair. Luke, the technician, was superb - knowledgeable, personable, efficient and clean! Many thanks to Luke and the company for great service!

Decided to cancel 20 minutes before the appointment, they decided not service mobile homes as they worked on mine last year. Horrible.
