Comfort Heroes did a fantastic job moving laundry hookups from the basement to upstairs. They were the only company I contacted for an estimate that included everything I asked for; plumbing, electrical, HVAC and building permit. The other companies just gave me the runaround and kept changing their price and scope of what they wanted to do. The Comfort Heroes guys were very helpful in answering my questions and honoring the bid price when doing the work. They were professional and efficient. Highly recommended.

Comfort heroes did a fantastic job. Putting in my furnace, they had a lot of problems but never gave up. They cleaned up everything very well and very kind and very nice. Was able to get a plumber out within a good time frame and he showed up within the time window that they said he would. Was very nice and professional. Got our floor drain unclogged quickly and cleaned up before he left. Very reasonably priced, gave us an estimate before completing anything so we knew how much to expect. No hidden costs. Will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future if needed.

Jeff was both extremely helpful and honest. He not only provided excellent help and service today when having issues with my furnace, but he also helped me plan for the next five years. Will be recommending this company and Jeff to any and all people who have HVAC needs.

Ripped off. Charged me $229 for a technician to come sooner as my furnace was acting up and other companies were busy. Technician said furnace needed to be replaced before even opening the front to diagnose and said it'll be $12,000 for a new furnace. Eventually opened the front cover and gave a reason for the issue and turned off the furnace on his way out without telling me causing the house to drop temps quickly and making me think the issue was worse. 10 minute visit for $229 and tried to rip me off on a furnace price. A reputable company was able to come later and gave an actual diagnosis and options. Service manager is too busy to talk to me about the experience.

Jeremy, Joe and Daniel were fantastic! Responsive to communication, always positive with their interactions, showed up on time, made quick work of reconfiguring our second floor bathroom! Walked me through the work that was done when the project was completed and left no mess when the project was completed! Would definitely recommend them!

Joe was on time, professional, and explained options clearly. I like the upfront cost of the different options. I hope I don’t have a need to call, but if I need anything in the future, Comfort Hero’s is my only call.

From the time I called to make the appointment until the job was finished, everyone was very good, including Tessa who answered the phone. Dan was great. He figured out the leak and repaired it quite quickly. Very professional and answered any questions I had. Told me the cost prior to doing any work. I would recommend this company.

Horrible company! The service tech was great, however their vehicle emptied its oil in my driveway leaving a huge oil spot and oil run. This happened in September and they basically dont want to fix it. They only send people out when i reach out to them, they literally wont communicate with me. It has not gotten any better it looks worse now after theyve "treated it" . I cant imagine causing damage to someone elses property and being ignorant enough to treat it like its no big deal.

Joe was very professional and quick at his job. He explained things clearly and carefully so that I understood it all and if I need their services again I will see if he is available to assist.

I just had the pleasure of working with Daniel and Jeremy from Comfort Heroes installing my new gas hot water heater in my home. When I reached out for help with a clogged drain, I was contacted within a few minutes and added to the schedule. Joe came out and was friendly and helpful in explaining everything and took care of our issue quickly. Would highly recommend.

Johnny came to helo perform furnace/ac maintenance and Daniel came to evaluate our water heater and overflow tank. Both were detail oriented and gave multiple price points for a basic maintenance options all the way to premium upgrades that could be done to our existing system with no pressure.

Their communication service is brilliant. They were able to help us to keep our furnace working, partially resolving technical issues with dripping water.
We were ripped off though. Hard.

We had hot water issues and were incredibly impressed it could be taken care of same day. Jeremy was fantastic, knowledgeable, and explained all of our needs well. He gets a full 5 stars.

However, and we understand the tech Daniel ran into hiccups he didn’t predict, but there were several issues we had with him. He ended up flooding two areas - our bathroom completely. took the faucet off our kitchen sink and turned the water on making it spray all over our kitchen. Both messes we had to rush to clean up.

Which, with the hiccups I could look past, but I honestly became really frustrated with him for this part the most. He told me he’d send me a quote for another fix that we do need to address. I paid him and told him I had to go to an appointment. I also informed him my husband was not to be disturbed because he was running interviews for his job - which as a hiring manager he needs to not be disturbed.

He went down to my basement after I left and interrupted my husband during his job interview to show him the quote. THEN, if that wasn’t already unprofessional enough, while my husband was in this interview that I had told this man about, he had the audacity to ask him if he had time for a Google review.

Repair was great - and I get it’s a stressful job, but I definitely felt like the repairman wasn’t actively listening to anything we told him.

I would go with this company again, but I do hope that their repairmen slow down a little to actually hear what their customers are telling them.

I can’t say enough good things about Daniel and Jeremy at Comfort Hero’s. My water heater started acting up yesterday afternoon. I put in a service request and received a call back within 15 minutes for a technician to come out at 9 am to take a look at my water heater. Jeremy-the manager arrived promptly around 9am to take a look at my water heater. I also appreciated the notification that the technician was on the way and their ETA. He checked my water heater and also did a whole house assessment. He then provided me with multiple estimates of which I could choose which services I needed and wanted, while also fitting within my budget. I didn’t feel pressured. Comfort Hero’s has financing with a few options available. Jeremy’s manager answered promptly to help us figure out some financing questions and they both went above and beyond to help!
The installer Daniel was able to come back at 1pm (what great service) to remove my old water heater and install the new one. They even upgraded my water heater from a 40 gallon to a 50 gallon for no additional charge. Daniel along with Jeremy wore booties to protect my floors and Daniel put down tarps to protect my floors. Daniel installed my water heater, checked all my faucets to ensure everything was working correctly and got it inspected/doubled checked. They were all prompt, communicated well, professional, and efficient. I can’t say enough good things and I don’t have any negative feedback. I will use comfort hero’s for my next service/project.
