Our technician was very detailed in explaining her analysis of our heating and cooling unit and our various price point options to address concerns.

Sam was out to our house today to figure out why our heating system didn't work. He not only figured it out but he took the time to fix the mess that someone else created with our wiring... all is good now and everything is working... Thank you Sam for all of your help!

Called AireServ this afternoon and I had a tech at my house with in the hour Randy EKwall was the tech that came out amazing guy got the job done fast and efficient. Very professional.

I usually do not leave bad reviews, but after the service I received, I thought I would share my experience. Seem like the company was more interested in selling me new furnace and air conditioner, and it was to fix it. All my system needed was a pound and a half of some Freon.
I was told about $900 a pound so that would be 2 pounds I needed. I was able to buy 3 pounds on Amazon for $59 now my system is working perfect. The service man and sales gentleman was both very nice but again seemed like they wanted to sell me a new system for my house more than mine. Basically take $1800 for service and put it towards a new system. That’s a nice down payment so I had to think about this for a little while. Meanwhile, I actually was able to get the Freon. For again $59 so in reality I paid $129 for a service to pretty much tell me to get a new one or sell me overpriced Freon.
The system may priced me out to replace mine was very highly priced too after checking around

Shanda came today and cleaned out my air ducts. She did a great job. Shanda was very polite, efficient and personable.

Aire Serv of Sioux Empire did a great job from start to finish. Randy quickly found and repaired a leaking coolant line and got our unit running again. When the coil began to fail, Grant made adjustments to keep the air on for my family while we explored replacement or repair options.

Brad was extremely helpful in walking me through the process of selecting a new AC unit, answering all my questions and making sure I understood the details. The install team—Sam and Jacob—were on time, efficient, and very professional.

I really appreciate the quality of service and communication throughout. Highly recommend.

Shanda was the person who cleaned the ducts. She was very professional and did a great job. Cleaned up afterwards as well. Would definitely recommend them!

We really like that Grant was honest with us and communicated everything and our options. We didn't feel like we were getting screwed over for all our money. We were definitely satisfied with the service.

I recently had a new furnace and heat pump system installed with Aire Serv. The experience was great! I have used Aire Serv now for over a year as they are very responsive and helpful! Ian did a great job at explaining the different options available to me, as well as financing. He made it very easy to understand and make a decision. The rest of the team did a great job with installation as well, it's working very well! It's great to have the peace of mind once again!

I ran into Jared Iverson the very day I was looking for a friendly and responsive plumbing/heating/cooling/electrical all-in-one relationship for a few projects we have going on in our new house. I just saw his van at the gas station, and asked for a minute or two.

He was very friendly and happy to give me the time and explain how they have teamed up with Mr. Rooter for plumbing, and Mr. Electric for electrical. I appreciated his down to earth attitude. He didn’t act like the big guys who don’t have time for old school chat and service.

To be clear, I haven’t worked with them yet, but Jared was just the kind of guy I was wishing I’d speak with after working with the larger contractors in the area. If they are all like this, then I’m interested. I will give them a call and see how quick/responsive they are in their service and scheduling. Price matters too, but in todays world of service techs, a solid and quick-response, quality-work relationship for small jobs is very, very hard to come by.

I had just bought my 1st house & the furnace stopped blowing heat. Not knowing anything about this stuff, I looked on the furnace & it had a sticker on it from Aire Serv, so I called them.

Aire Serv called me back right away & sent out their technician, Sam H.. Sam was fast, knowledgable, professional & took the time to explain what was going on.

There were two that showed up. Both were super friendly and expeditious of solving the issue. Were here less than a half an hour. They were very informative as to the issues plus other maintenance that could be done to avoid future issues. I would highly recommend them

They were fast and prompt when our furnace went out. Our ducts have never been cleaned out as far as I know and they had done emmaculant job cleaning the vents and furnace. Would definitely recommend! Price was furnace fixing and vent cleaning. $1200.

This is truly one of the local best HVAC service providers.
