Sam with AIRESERV was timely, efficient, and explained everything thoroughly. He did a good job of breaking down what needed fixing and why. Would recommend this company to anyone.

On 6/2 Amber came and serviced the AC unit. Amber was excellent. Very professional, and kind. She explained everything in detail. She is an asset to your company, very knowledgeable. She found the problem we were having. On 6/3 Jacob came out and replaced the drier. He was very nice and pleasant. Professional and kind.

Sam was both knowledgeable and friendly. He walked through everything he did very thoroughly and explained what we needed to do as homeowners in the future in a step by step way that was easy to understand. Highly recommend.

Amber was great! Very personable and had great knowledge of the HVAC system. Wasn’t pushy and took our thoughts into consideration. Great work!

They have a flat rate for their services which is not right. The tech they had come out was not knowledgeable. He gave us the most ridiculous bids. We did get a second opinion and it was completely different. We will not use Aire Serv again.

Shonda and Austin did a great job cleaning our ductwork. They were very professional and got the job completed in shorter timeframe than expected.

Sam and Jacob were exceptional and professional. Even when the new unit they installed came with a factory defect they replaced it and continued to work until the job was done. We are grateful that they were willing to stay until 9 o’clock at night to make sure we had cool air the next day!

These guys are great! Rod set me up for an appointment that day and Grant came and fixed my problem. Great communication from both and Grant went over everything with me. I am now on a maintenance schedule and Grant put up with my German Shepherd! That was a plus! Thanks Aire Serv! Refreshing to find a company I can trust.

I had a very poorly installed furnace from a company that went out of business. Aireserv work with me in so many ways to get things fixed and done right so I won’t have anymore problems. Lucas, Sam and Danny were all the people that came to the house to help. They were excellent.

We just got our new system today and had the greatest experience from start to finish. Our sales rep Brad did a great job of explaining everything to us up front so we knew what to expect. Then the install guys Sam & Jay were extremely friendly, professional, and had the best personalities. And last but not least, Cameron the electrician was amazing as well. He too was very professional and did a wonderful job. They had some issues with weather not cooperating today so had a few delays but they handled it with such grace and never had a bad attitude. I highly recommend Aire Serv and would definitely use them again in the future.

Shonda, of AirServe in Sioux Falls did a fantastic job! She was here all day and I don’t think she took 1 break. She kept working until the job was complete. She’s an absolute machine! Management, if you’re reading this, she deserves a bonus!! We are very satisfied.

The service was exceptional! Everyone was professional, very knowledgeable and very helpful. I initially called your office because a space heater in my home office burned an electrical socket and I was worried about safety. Cameron came within an hour, made the repairs and also checked out the electrical system in the entire house. He had some great suggestions and was able to upgrade the entire system a few days later. While working he noticed my 13 year old water heater was leaking. A couple days later, Nick came and installed a new one. I was so impressed with Aire Serve that I spoke with Cameron and then Brad about installing a Mini Split in my three season room which I use as my home office. I had been thinking about doing that for several years but it seemed like an enormous task and I didn’t know where to start. A few days later the team was back and I now I have a wonderfully warm office which will also be perfectly cool in the summer!!! I love it! The process for everything was smooth as glass and your team was absolutely incredible!! Thank you for everything!

Our furnace stopped working. It needed to be replaced and the wonderful Aire Serv team got it replaced the next day. They are a great team to work with, very friendly and always made sure all our questions were answered.

Shanda completed a duct cleaning in my home & honestly couldn’t be happier! She explained the process clearly, extremely thorough, & left everything spotless. With waking up this morning we can definitely tell the difference within our home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I am very upset that such a company is in business. I called about my furnace not working correctly. I scheduled a service appointment for Monday Nov. 17th. They told me at time of booking that I had to provide my CC payment info but would not be charged until after services were rendered. They charged my CC on Sunday Nov. 16th. When the tech Sam showed up I explained what the issue was. He and his 1st day trainee made a show of trying to fix the issue. After about 30 minutes of being in my office unit. Sam told me that I had either roughly $5,890.00 in parts plus labor in repairs. Or it would roughly be $8-13,0000 for a new furnace installed. I had him schedule a quote for my on a new furnace. About 4PM that very day I figured I would reach out to a different company for a 2nd opinion. I scheduled a service call for Tuesday Nov. 18th. The new HVAC company tech arrived on time and again I explained to him what was going on with my furnace. He spent about 45 minutes to figure out what the issue was. He returned later in the day to replace the part that was causing the issues. All is good with my furnace unit now thanks to FOLEY'S Heating & Air Conditioning INC of Sioux Falls, My total repair bill was less than $455.00 for parts, labor and the service call. Aire Serv is a big joke and their tech's lie to customers to up sell them. NEVER USE AT ALL. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Had a great experience with the technician Shanda cleaning my hvac vents. She was punctual, professional, friendly, efficient, cleaned any mess she made, and knowledgable. I was very surprised when she told me that she only started a few months prior. If youre getting something done hvac related, i would easily recommend that Aire Serv is the company for you.

We called about our heat shutting off. We are 30 minutes outside of town and they still came within an hour on a weekend! The diagnosis was fast and he was able to fix it quickly. He was super nice and knowledgeable. It was a good experience.
