Called these guys to come look at my furnace when it went out during the night and they came in a timely matter and found the problem and were very reasonable on the price and even looked over the furnace to make sure nothing else was wrong. Highly recommend them for your furnace and a/c needs

Our thermostat quit working right in the middle of our first snow storm. Haugan said they *might* be able to come out that day. They actually came within 30 min, fixed the problem, and were on their way within an hour. We are so thankful! Great service!!!

Our furnace blower went out overnight, so I called them the next morning. Tech was there within couple hours. He found a blower, assembled it and returned shortly after to install it. Very friendly people as well. Thank you!!!! We haven't received a bill yet, but I don't even care how much it costs. It will be well worth the rapid response time they provided.

The service man went above and beyond. For some reason, my phone wasn’t working and he tried six times and it went straight to voicemail. Then he went to the address which they gave him 1st Avenue instead of 1st Street. He was bound and determined to get this fixed on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving!

I woke up Monday morning and my house was at 58 degrees because my furnace blower died. I called Waterbury when they opened and their team restructured their day to accommodate me and my furnace was fixed 4pm same day. Troy was exceptional and even gave me with a lot of tips and insight on my furnace.

Billy came out and fixed our water heater. I Called at 8 am and he was here by 8:50 am. Quick arrival, very knowledgeable. Was done in less than an hour and so friendly. Top notch service and I would highly recommend Billy and Waterbury!!!
