The tech was extremely quick in getting here, even though it was late on a Saturday night. He also explained everything and did his work quickly and professionally. He’s an incredibly friendly person, and I’m very lucky that he was the one that came to do the work.

Fantastic business. I've used them several times over the years for a variety of issues and have never been disappointed. From their technicians to their office people, everyone has been knowledgeable, polite, courteous, and honest. Other companies have tried to do the job with temporary patches to keep the work going, or downplay the severity of the problem. Waterbury has always been upfront and honest with, telling me when something can be fixed completely, or if the issue needs a full replacement. Their office people have always done an excellent job of explaining exactly what needs to be done, how it will be done, and how much it will cost. No hidden fees or surprises on the bill. I'll always go to them for any kind of issues I may have and always recommend them to anyone who is looking. Keep up the great work everyone and thank you!

Great service! The tech that came to repair our boiler system was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions and showed me how to do some simple maintenance items on the boiler. Highly recommend and I will for sure be using them in the future for servicing our hvac systems.

Paul provided an exceptional after hours call experience. He was incredibly resourceful and patiently explicative which paid off the very next day for a female with no HVAC knowledge or experience. I unknowingly tried another company prior to Waterbury with poor results that “passed the buck”. Never again, I’ll be a loyal Waterbury customer from here on out! Worth every penny, highly recommend !

Our water heater busted at 4:30 PM on a Saturday and we had a technician out within 2 hours. The level of service and responsiveness especially after hours on a weekend was amazing!! Derek was friendly, thorough, and went above and beyond while installing our new water heater. 10/10 recommend.

They were at my house within two hours to repair a gas leak. Both techs were excellent!
They said that it would take about an hour to fix three shut off valves, had the parts with them and were done In the hour ! I have never had better service.
The lady on the phone also very efficient and extremely friendly. An intelligent person answering the phone sold me immediately and I couldn't of been happier.

I had an expansion tank added to my hot water heater. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had! They are very good at explaining what and why something needs done. They are fast, adorable, and friendly. Very honest and dependable from what I saw. I will be going to them from now on.

Needed a service call on a Sunday due to the furnace not working and it was 4 degrees. Will called me back in 10 minutes and was at my door in an hour. He was friendly and efficient and completed the minor repair and spent a few minutes explaining the repair and offered me some tips to try if it happens again. Very happy with Waterbury over the years.

It was easy and quick to get an appointment for a non-emergency service. The service tech was very efficient, friendly, and ensured that I was aware and understood everything he did and that I was satisfied before he left. I appreciate that they wear shoe covers in the house to keep things as clean as possible. Great service, will use Waterbury again.

Very professional and efficient people. Our air broke when it was over 100 heat index and my air was fixed in one day. Didn’t charge us for things we didn’t need. Very honest.
