Sam was excellent! We woke up early this morning to a cold house. Within an hour of making the call, Sam showed up and diagnosed our furnace’s issue. We discussed options and ended up replacing the whole system. The best news is that he was able to come back and begin the install right away. The house is once again warm, and things were left tidy! Very pleased and thankful for the excellent service!

We had Sam come out and he was very nice and professional. He looked at our unit as our heat wasn't working. After about 20-30 mins he said it would be about $3,000 for repairs if not more that it would be smart to just buy new. He said that would run approximately $9,000-$13,000 for just the furnace and labor. Instantly I knew that was WAY overpriced so I looked around. I had taken it apart and knew approximately what was possibly wrong but wanted a professional to check it out just to be safe. We had another guy come out from another company and he instantly said there's no reason to get a new unit as it's the control board. He said if we did want a new unit that a furnace and labor would be approximately $5,000-$6,000 which was a way better deal but we ended up just getting the control board. In the end he fixed it and it's running like new. He cleaned everything and did regular maintenance on it and the bill was around $350. I did feel like Sam was a great guy but that they just want to sell new units for more money. If I was somebody else and fell for that 9-$13,000 I would have been paying for that forever. I'm so glad I got it checked by another company as they were very good at checking everything and recommending NOT to get a new unit as that would be a lot of extra money when this was an easy fix.

We had an amazing young man, Austin, come out to service our furnace. He worked miracles on our unit to get it up and running again. Highly, recommend this company. They were quick to get me in to service the unit. Gave a nice text beforehand to make sure time selected still worked and then sent a picture of the technician so you knew who to expect. Pricing was in line with other companies and by participating in their monthly program you get lots of extra benefits for future needs. Thanks again!!

Lucas Schroeder is such an amazing professional. He knows what he’s doing, he always asks if there is anything he can show or explain. When he installed our furnace, he was the first one to come and the last one to leave, making sure everything runs smoothly. It was a very cold day. He comes, does his work, serious and quiet. What an amazing and hardworking young man! I give him 5 +!
This company takes care of its customers, 100 percent. They always call and text when on their way, they explain what they’re doing, they don’t leave a mess, and so far, I met about 5,6 of them, and I was impressed with their manners! Highly recommend!

Ran into some furnace issues, was able to quickly schedule online (which I appreciate) and Sam Hallstrom came out within the hour. He explained everything well and got my furnace running again after a few hours of cleaning and a motor replacement. Payment was easy. Very glad to have the heat back on and would definitely use again in the future.

My only advice to future customers is to shop around and compare quotes, it can really help your bottom line. And I will say this: Aire Serv showed they are willing to stand behind their service and make things right, and that matters a lot to me.

Sam was our onsite tech that came out for an inspection on the furnace. He was very knowledgeable with all of the ins and outs of the furnace. He showed me a few issues that had been found with our furnace. Given our furnace is only about 2 years old he was still able to find things that had not been set up correctly and was able to fix quick. We ended up adding a UV device to our furnace for cleaner air. Sam was awesome in explaining how it works and every possible option to help air quality. Sam was also able to clean our fan wheel quickly. Thank you, Sam.

Lost heating when it was extremely cold and they arrived quickly. Technician was very polite and diagnosed/ fixed the issue quickly.

Avoid this business at all costs. The women who answers the phone and "manages" customers is one of the rudest people I've ever had to converse with. They sold us a defective air conditioning unit and failed to stand behind anything they've done, essentially ensuring that it will break repeatedly so they can charge service fees over and over again. They will not go to bat for you with the manufacturer and are generally incompetent.

They didn’t know how to hook up a thermostat and charged me an arm and a leg. I called Beate Forseth in town and they came and were able to set it up right away. The owner is the one I dealt with and he was very rude. Not a good company and I would’ve given 0 stars if I could.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Haugan Heating and Air Conditioning, and here is why...
My son called me with problems with his furnace. I went over and to see what was going on... And not being a furnace guy, I decided to give Matt a call at Haugan Heating. I described what was going on, and Matt said he would have a Technician take a look at it. Matt made arrangements with my son and the next morning, on time, the technician was on site. The Technician immediately found a critical failure in my son's furnace that could cause life threatening consequences. They brought this to my son's and my attention that the furnace was not safe and needed to be replaced.
The Haugan Team jumped into gear and removed and replaced my son's furnace that day, and avoided serious health issues that could have eventually been deadly if not addressed.

This company does great work. They installed a new HVAC system in my business in Fall of 2017. It involved moving the whole system to two different ares of the building and relocating all the duct work. Works great very few minor issues and they were addressed very quickly. Haugan also installed a new system in my home last summer and I love that new Colman unit. Does an incredible job in my home - very comfortable. Highly recommend Mike Haugan and his crew - Top notch!
