Our water heater went out Tuesday night, and after calling Waterbury Heating & Cooling on Wednesday, they were able to come out the same day. Everyone was extremely kind, helpful, and professional during a stressful situation. They even had our water heater in stock, which made the whole process much less stressful. We’re very grateful for their quick and caring service and highly recommend them.

Had a water leak that was diagnosed quickly and efficiently with least amount of disruption as possible. Work area was cleaned up better than new. Great company, very reliable service and people

I had some furnace issues. Called Waterbury and they had Johnny out right away. Afterwards, he explained what was wrong and advised steps I could take to prevent it happening again. I really appreciated his professionalism and honesty.

The entire staff at Waterbury was amazing to work with. From Holly and Brandon in the office, to all of their employees in the field; they were all professional. Working in home remodeling, I know there are a lot of options when it comes to plumbers. I called out multiple companies to bid my basement bathroom addition, and they came in with the most reasonable bid for my project.

What I thought was going to be a relatively simple task, turned into a much bigger project than I had originally anticipated. Their entire team was extremely helpful and explained everything step by step which made my wife and I very comfortable with the process.

Joe and shake were extremely polite and when it comes to inviting companies into my home, I am very cognizant of who I hire as they will be around my family. I also had them do my exhaust fan venting and I coincidentally got assigned a past customer of mine as my HVAC installer. Jim was very professional and worked through the challenges very effectively.

Waterbury was able to quickly fit me in their schedule for a humidifier repair. They took the time to diagnose the problem and make the necessary repairs. Quality work with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

We found a water leak in our kitchen behind the refrigerator. Billy was here very soon after we called, identified the problem and found the shutoff for the water line. We are impressed with the quick service. An excellent first experience for us with Waterbury. Well done!

Waterbury came to the rescue when the furnace quit in the night of a very very cold night. Their answering service took my call and then within 15 minutes the tech called me back and collected the information. Advised me how long it would be to get there after he finished his other calls ahead of me. Called me on his way and had the issue diagnosed and fixed within an hour or so. Thank you so much Don! Very kind and professional!

My technician wasn't able to explain to me what they did for two hours and/or keep me in the loop as to what was going on and why a replacement part showed up at my home 10 minutes before they finished and ddnt use. Was my part able to be fixed? Is it a temporary fix Or will i be having to have it looked at again in the near future for another expense?

We had a fabulous experience with Waterbury. We originally booked them for a different day but when they had an opening for a plumber they called us right away! We had Jacob who was friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done well in a timely manner. We also had some fun conversations with him while he was here. Highly recommend!

Our water heater died on one of the coldest days of the year. We were able to get in contact with a serviceman quickly, and he was there within two hours on a Saturday to fix it. Derek was excellent in ensuring the job was done right and our questions were answered. Bonus points for leaving the space cleaner than he found it. Have already recommended Waterbury and Derek specifically to a friend!

Waterbury responded much quicker than expected to address our furnace issue, and Chelsea was simply outstanding. She fixed the problem in short order and did so with excellent communication and demeanor. Highly recommended.

I called Waterbury for a furnace replacement quote after getting an incorrect diagnosis from a less reputable company. Kelly advised it may not need to be replaced based on my experience with the furnace issue as it's likely a minor fix and recommended their service team look at the furnace. The service tech arrived quickly and was able to correctly diagnose the issue which ended up being a minor fix and confirmed everything else (including the expensive part the less reputable company claimed was bad which would be more beneficial to replace the furnace) was in good working order and resolved the issue. Kelly was great at observing what's occurring and made a great recommendation on the 2nd opinion and the service tech was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was checking.
