I reached out to get a plumbing job done on a short time frame and Krohmer Plumbing was extremely responsive. They helped me get something set up the next day. My plumber, Chris, was very communicative and helpful in answering all my questions. He was prompt, great at his job, and super friendly. He got the job done and I am extremely pleased with the result. I’ll be recommending Krohmer Plumbing and Chris to anyone who needs a recommendation!

We were experiencing problems with poor water pressure in a couple bathrooms. Chris was here (early!) and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and everything works great. Thanks Chris S., would definitely recommend them to anyone having plumbing issues.

Had an issue with the kitchen facet. Called Krohmer Plumbing and a service call was scheduled for the next morning. Nate came, assessed the problem and reworked the plumbing. His professionalism and attention to detail was greatly appreciated. I have used Krohmer Plumbing in the past and people like Nate will keep me as a customer!!

Corey D stopped by from Krohmer plumbing this morning. I’d requested to just have them come over and look at putting piping in for a sub pump. Corey came prepared, and went above and beyond. Not only did you do a fantastic job, he was quick, courteous, and walked me through the what and why of what he was doing.

As being a new homeowner, this is probably one of the best experiences. I’ve had the professional in Sioux Falls.

First impressions last a lifetime, and these will be the only guys I’m calling here on out.

Chris and Garrett were amazing helping my parents out with a shower bar install and toilet replacement. Friendly, on time and courteous. From the estimate to install, Kromer Plumbing is 100%!

Cannot recommend Krohmer Plumbing enough! We needed help with a washing machine install and had to have a valve handle replaced and called them on Friday morning and they squeezed us in in the afternoon the same day. Corey was fantastic and really nice! He happily answered my questions and came after getting some parts that were needed. 5 stars and will be using them moving forward!

There aren't enough good things to say about this place! I called on Friday and had an appointment on Monday! Chris replaced a leaking pipe section and noticed the expansion tank was looking pretty rusty and long in the tooth. That got replaced as well. Thank you Krohmer Plumbing!

I was so happy with the service from this business. My water heater went out and they were able to come out and check it the same day. They replaced it the day after. Their communication on the issue was very transparent. They gave me a quote that was very fair and quite a bit lower than competitors in the area. I had Corey and Garrett as my servisers and they were awesome. I will be contacting them again if I have plumbing issues in the future.

Phone call placed at 9:40 am and had an appointment set for 3 days out . They had a cancelation come through and called me back to get service today. Corey was dispatched and had everything up and running by 2pm for a water heater replacement. Due to the configuration there was some challanges and delays that were unavoidable, regardless , Corey was fast, professional, friendly and great with the pets. I have never called for my own residential plumbing and this has been an exceptionally pleasant experience. I appreciate the time he took to explain what he did and get things done correcty. Corey arrived early and was extremely professional from start to finish. He quickly identified and fixed the issue with my shower in no time. It was a pleasure meeting him. He was respectful of my home, kind, and patient, especially with my autistic son, which meant a lot to me. Corey took the time to explain the problem clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Truly one of the kindest and most professional workers I’ve ever met. I highly recommend him and truly appreciate his excellent service

I cannot recommend enough!! We had a catastrophic failure of our kitchen sink two days ago and he got us taken care of. The previous homeowner owner's "repairs" did not hold up and we lost functionality of our sink and dishwasher. Zach was lovely and he was in and out in just about 30 minutes. Absolutely will be returning!!

I called late on a Friday night and from my first interaction, Chris was a ten! He was polite and courteous on the phone, saying he couldn’t get to me right away but wanted to know the details of what was going on and let me know when he could be here. He showed up and was as pleasant as could be. He fixed the toilet issue and was on his way. Thank you for such an easy service call! Just wanted to say how quick and professional these people are. The person who dispatches/ schedules was helpful and kind, the people coming out to help are quick and definitely know what they’re doing. My estimate was about an hour and the gentleman who helped me (I believe his name was Troy) was here and fixed the problem within the hour estimate I was given with time to spare! Thank you so much!

They were AMAZING, very quick and efficient. Very friendly. We have tried other "comfort-able" company who did not get the job done, and they were going to charge us WAAAAYYY more than we paid to Roto-Rooter for the job. Would definitely use them again.

Second time using them. Fast response after calling professional respectful considerate. Twice they came for a job I needed done after a recommendation from 1st one. I never looked back on calling them for any plumbing issues we have. I just can't get over how quick they're willing to send out someone asap and make sure all my issues are resolved asap. The workers were great at what they do and I have not had any complaints with them. They are still my to go to plumbing issues whenever something comes up. Highly recommended even the dispatch over there is very friendly and considerate to make sure my needs are addressed as quickly as they can be or as soon I need it.

I've used Roto Rooter at least once a year for 7 years. Always wonderful service and great experience. Today John arrived and unclogged a toilet for us. Even in the bitter cold and snow and being busy John arrived within 25 minutes and spent 4 hours unclogging a frozen line. He was determined to get it and he DID!! So professional and cheerful throughout the visit. And cost much less than I expected. You are a wonderful company and we are so appreciative of your wonderful service. I've never had a bad experience with you. Thanks for being such a wonderful company. John gave us such excellent service today.
