Within 20 minutes of calling Roto-Rooter, Troy M arrived at my house. He was courteous and did a great job of simplifying what he was doing.

I appreciated all of the additional advice he provided as well. For example, he suggested a floor drain water alarm and explained that I would need the 4 gm package of root killer to reach the area that is an issue if I decided to go that route.

Troy cleaned everything up and most people would have no idea he was here. I'm grateful for both his professionalism and expertise and would highly recommend to anyone having similar issues.

Excellent company with fast, reliable, honest service. We had experience with them 2 years ago clearing out tree roots from our sewer lines. Just today we called in the morning as our sewer had backed up. Andrew was at our house within 45 minutes, probably closer to 30 minutes.

Andrew was professional and insightful from the start of the project. About an hour or hour and a half after his arrival Andrew had the issue cleared up. Andrew asked if we wanted an additional service, and was straightforward about the cost.

Jon was kind, helpful, and respectful. He handled our issue quickly while explaining his work and educating me on my home’s plumbing. Rating 4/5 stars only because he forgot to reconnect my washing machine after he had disconnected the water source for the work. That was a simple fix once I discovered why my “washed” laundry wasn’t wet. I would certainly call roto-rooter again!

Brian and Kami were very easy to work with and Brian did a great job with our house. We had multiple things needing attention and he got to them all in one afternoon. He installed our aqua true RO filter that looked pretty complicated in just a few hours and it’s working great. Highly recommend!

I unfortunately couldn't tell you the quality of their work but the blonde driver is no good. She decided to cut through a Hardee's parking lot, to go around and hit a light because there's a median in that area she couldn't get around. I was already waiting in this line to go the same way as her when she pulled up tight beside me in this big white van. She mouthed and pointed that she was going right, to which I said "me too". She then proceeded to cut literally right in front of me to take this turn.

Brian was able to squeeze me in next day! Quick, clean, and professional. I’d highly recommend for any of your plumbing needs.

There is one reason this is not a five star google company at the moment. Someone that gave them a poor review also decided to give Wal Mart one star.
Throw that Review out and they are where they should be. FIVE. STAR. PERIOD.

Prompt service and they were able to fix a problem within hours that I’ve been dealing with for years that no one I’ve hired before could figure out.

We had a clogged toilet and Top Dog repaired it for us. We have a baby who crawls on the floor and without asking they put drop cloths down on our floor to keep it all clean.
