I cannot say enough good things! They came same day I called as I had an outdoor faucet that wouldn't shut off all the way (so we had to shut off the whole house). They were courteous, knowledgeable and took steps to keep my house as clean as possible going in and out. All wins!

Bryan and his team went beyond expectations for this job. First he was able to send over a line item quote, no hidden fees or BS. Then he clearly communicated his schedule and showed up on time fully prepared for any unforeseen issues that came up. Ultimately he left the job clean and even came back to check on the work the next day for my full satisfaction.

Tried to overcharge to fix a leak in a bathtub drain saying that the parts were gonna cost almost $700 plus labor when it got fixed in an hour and a half no new parts needed

As scheduled, the Top Dog Plumbing TEAM - Bryan & Eli - came out to our house at 8:00 am this morning for toilet repairs in three bathrooms & two faucet repairs - one in bathroom & one in kitchen area.

We asked Bryan for a quote to install a hose bib on the east wall of our home. Their bid was fair and we gave him the go-ahead to proceed.

Jack came out two days early and started work. Bryan showed up later and in about 1½ hours they had it finished.

Clean and neat installation, just as we wanted it, and per their proposal. We'll definitely call them first anytime we need their services.

Talked to Darryl about coming in Wednesday since we were gonna be out of town and came back Saturday to find out that they started the job on Saturday. Apparently the son came in to check out the job they needed to do on Wednesday and stole stuff from us from downstairs in the basement. The father apologized and returned what was stolen. They called and said they would arrive at 10 am and arrived at 2pm. Heard the owner on the phone say they’re running behind and forgot they even had this gig in the first place. When running behind he apologized and said he was stuck at another job site, why not come in early and get this job done instead of leaving people without a working shower for 4 days. My husband had to end up finishing the trim because they ran out of time. Which is frustrating since they ended up starting at around 2pm everyday they came in. Horrible horrible service.
