Based on my experiences and conversation with their one of their technicians. I would never use roto rooter again. Technician called me names and was swearing at me. Came out since our sewer was backing up. Claimed he got it free of blockage. And a couple days later had backup again. Called rotor rooter and was not cover under the 90 day coverage. As I didn’t have them send a camera down the sewer to verify the blockage was gone. I wasn’t even offered that. Then they tried to charge me over $400/hr to have a jet truck come out. Ended up have another company jet my lines. After 3 hours. Was only charged $600 from the other company. And had already paid roto rooter over $200 for them not doing it correctly the first time. Save your money and take your business elsewhere.

Wonderful, fast service! Scheduled an appointment online today and had a technician out, Chris, by lunch time. He called when he was on his way, explained the process to me and gave pricing before starting. I am so thankful!

I've used Roto Rooter for my plumbing and sewer troubles for years. They are amazing! Very fast and responsive. Technicians are always so knowledgeable and talk with me about the causes of issues and prevention. They are very respectful of your property and take great care in your home. I love how they keep good records of previous visits, and the office is very helpful. I would always recommend them!

My partner and I had used other companies earlier this summer that had failed to remove all of our tree roots. When we called Roto-Rooter, I expected a similar experience and more money down the drain. No pun intended. But I was so pleasantly surprised! Chris Boehrns was incredible. He took the time to explain what was happening and all the options. He was efficient and was able to get the job done! We will continue to use them due to our positive experience.

Our kitchen sink was not draining, I called and within about 30 minutes someone was here fixing it! The service was fast, and friendly! Chris B did a great job getting the job done! Definitely recommend.

Jake did a fantastic job and was very respectful and helpful! He went above and beyond and even brought in a very heavy package for me that was on my doorstep! The whole process was quick and easy and I highly recommend these guys.

Amazing response time - from the time I called Roto-Rooter to the time the tech arrived was just over an hour. Chris B. arrived when he said he'd be here, was very knowledgeable and thorough, answered all our questions, and completed the job quickly. We had this same problem 1.5 years ago and had another company fix it; Chris not only fixed it but also found the source of the problem (an internet line drilled through our sewer line) and had recommendations on how to move forward. Highly recommend!!

There's never a good time to have your drain backed up. Never! But if it happens to you, the crew are Roto-Rooter are absolute pros.

From the person who took my initial call to the technician who showed up at my house ready to help, they could not have been any nicer or prompt in getting down to business.

The tech, a guy named Cameron, already had notes on a past issue at our place from several years ago. He jumped into action all while keeping the area clean and controlled. Ours happened to be a kitchen sink line that he cleared then tested multiple times to make sure the problem was solved. He did this with particular ease, all while being a fantastic conversationalist too. It felt like I had a life-long buddy helping me out. It was truly remarkable.

Before he left I asked for a check on the floor drain in the laundry room... and after a quick assessment Cameron cleared that too, saving me the hassle of a service call somewhere out in the inconvenient future.

When you come across such GREAT service like this it's really worth telling someone about. I'm grateful for the locally owned Roto-Rooter business for all their help. Trust me, you've got friends here when you need them. Stellar service!!! 😎
