The staff at Larry's were very helpful right from the start. We were explained which options we had available for new furnace and AC, and what each option had as far as the benefits and maintenance options. The space we had with the current system limited us with other companies we sought estimates on, but Jamie was very helpful in coming up with options that would fit in our space that greatly improved on the efficiency of our current system. The installation technicians were very prompt and courteous, and thoroughly explained how the system worked and how to keep up to date on the maintenance. I highly recommend Larry's for all of your HVAC needs.

We built a new home and contracted with Larry's for our heating and cooling as well as installation of 2 gas fireplaces. Excellent service from start to finish and they go the extra mile to make things right. From the front desk to the back store room, all the employees are professionals in each department they work in. We appreciate how they work well together and even pay their co-workers compliments. They are respectful of our home when here and always arrived at the appointment time. I can't say enough good words about this business. A+!

Larry's crew was super helpful in replacing our water heater quickly! They gave us options, advice, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Definitely recommend.

Larry's Heating and Cooling installed a free standing stove in our basement. Overall, I would rate my experience as 4.5 out of 5 stars. Instillation process was nearly perfect. There was a discrepancy with our final bill and Miles, the general manager worked with us to make everything right. We appreciated his understanding and professionalism. We will continue to use Larry's for our heating and cooling needs.

Extremely satisfied with Larry's Heating and Cooling--diagnosed our issue, offered options, and installation done on schedule and on bid. Also, recently did work for other family members in more of an emergency situation which was resolved in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend them--you won't be sorry.

A follow up to my previous review...Once again, Larry's Heating and Cooling Inc. provided professional, prompt and reliable service. We had a pressing issue that needed attention ASAP and they came out the same day to review the issue, explained our options, were out early the following week and fixed the issue and even made sure all of the gas appliances were working before they closed up and left. All is well. They have done work for us in the past and for my mom as well and we have nothing but positive experiences with all of the folks we have worked with from Larry's...Tom is a great project manager as well. I cannot remember all the names of the workers who did the projects but they have all been awesome as are the office gals who answer the phone when calling in about our heating and cooling needs. Thank you so much!!!

I had a pleasant experience with the service man that Larry’s Heat & Air sent out today. His name was Kyle, and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He called to let me know that he was on his way, and actually arrived ahead of time! He had My A/C Fixed in a decent amount of time without blowing the budget. I was over all pleased with The service I received from all of the employees at Larry’s. I will be calling them again in the future… If need be😂. 😊

I've been doing business with Larry's heating & cooling since 2008 when I bought my house. I've always been quite happy with their techs and their service. My water heater quit a couple weeks ago. I called to see if they could send a tech. The woman I talked to asked me how old my heater was and if it was leaking. I told her it was 20 years old and couldn't tell if it was leaking. She suggested that it might be better to send a consultant to get me an estimate on a replacement. I agreed. She sent Jamie. He was great. He spotted the leak and gave me an estimate on a replacement. He told me it might be a week before they could get it done. I said ok. I'll get a hotel to get a shower. He called me back later and said he'd get it done sooner. Three days later he called and asked me if he could send a crew that morning. Yes. They came before 9 a.m. by noon I had warm water. Two very courteous, polite,and professional young men. They did a very good installation. Cleaned up very well after themselves. I love my new water heater. And my nice hot shower. Highly recommend.

I had Kaisers install a new furnace and air conditioner in my home and was very pleased with the quality of work. The job was completed in a timely manner and the guys are very professional. If I have any other heating and cooling needs I will be contacting them in the future.

Need water heater repair? Call Kaiser. They have a technician on-call who specializes in water heaters. They estimated when he would be available, and the technician called before he left just to let us know when he would arrive. He was very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and friendly. He explained everything thoroughly and got our water heater up and going quickly.

These guys are awesome. Had a capacitor burn out on my RV over the weekend. These guys were there to get me the right part after hours. I would definately do business with Kaiser heating and Cooling again. Thanks Jared.

The scheduler fit us into the work schedule promptly. Noel got here when he said he would. Analyzed our furnace problem and took care of it. Great job. 👍

The furnace blower died at our lakeside cabin in the middle of the night with the figid sub zero wind howling. We called Kaiser when they opened at 8am Katie said they were on a skelaton crew due to the holidays, but she would do all she could. Wala! Don was there with replacement parts within a couple hours and had the furnace working prior to noon. Great service. Friendly smiles. Highly recommend.

Mason was so professional and respectful from the time he stepped into my home. His knowledge and work ethics put my mind at ease. He was able to identify the problem and find a resolution in a quarter of the time it took another company who never did resolve the problem and who said it would cost me $877.00 for a part it turns out I didn’t need! I am so grateful for the way Mason handled the job and simply explained the situation to me. And, of course, for his honesty. He took the time to actually reference the manual instead of just guessing! Thank you Mason! And thank you, Jared, for your quick response to my call. You both are true professionals and so appreciated.

Had a service tech come by the farm today due to a burning electrical smell coming from our vents only to find out our capacitor had gone out and our blower motor was going out as well causing the heater to go into fault mode and basically overheat. Our tech replaced the capacitor and cleaned/serviced our unit and blower to get us through until a replacement motor could be ordered. Much appreciated guys. Thank you.

Very good place to do business! I had a complete new heating and cooling system put in my house and could not be more satisfied! Our furnace did not kick on during the weekend and thankfully Jason came over and fixed a simple switch that had gone out. I reached out Monday morning and by 11am he was there and the furnace came back on and working great!

My heat pump quit working on Saturday night. Called for service on Sunday morning. Mike was very friendly and helpful. He discovered that it was a problem with the capacitor and not the motor as he originally thought saving me hundreds. Thank you for the great service!!
