The service guy Raleigh was great. My unit is 15 years old so I wasn’t expecting miracles. Raleigh did what he could but he was unable to fix the problem but it wasn’t from a lack of trying. I did call about getting a new unit and asked about financing but the sales guy said I would be better off going to my bank because their financing company wasn’t very good. I also haven’t gotten the bill yet so after I do I can give a true review.

A gentleman showed up in the time frame provided. We exchange pleasantries and he went to work. Was done in about 15 minutes. Everything has worked fine since his visit. I would recommend Kaiser Heating and cooling to everyone I know.A fine young man came to door, introduced himself and went to work.. He was done in 15 minutes. We expestinties and he was off. Everything has working good since then.

We needed assistance with our central air after hours and Mike came promptly and got us taken care of. We appreciated his expertise and friendliness. In addition he said he’d come the next day (Saturday) if we needed further assistance. We’re grateful as it was during a hot spell!!

Of course my furnace HAD to quit working in the middle of the coldest night of the season! Was down to 50° when I got up! Got in touch with Chris and he had someone here to take it apart and back to the shop for a new blower motor and it was up and heating again by 1:30. Kaiser has always taken great care of me!

All good, condensate pump when out in about 11 months, but the service repair found the problem and replaced the pump, thank you.

Had a good experience with the Kaiser guys. We were called before they showed up. Initial problem was rapidly diagnosed and fixed and the technician was correct in calling for a second man when he wasn’t sure how to remedy a second problem. Good job guys!

Central Air wasn't cooling as well when it was in the 90's & above. Phoned them & got lucky as a window of an opening occurred. The Tech was here within the hour & completed some routine maintenance & was done in less than an hour. I have used Kaiser's for years even replacing my whole system so I know they're dependable. The downside was my $250 bill.

We had to have a compressor replaced on an AC unit that was still under warranty. Mason discovered our problems when we had our spring “check-up”. The guys kept us informed, scheduled the date for the compressor replacement and were fast and efficient on a very hot day! We love Kaisers!
