Very prompt and professional service. Technician took his time to listen and then provided a solution within his scope of work…and walk through options for some possible long-term, alternative solutions.

New furnace and AC installed in house in occupied. Turned on air years ago later. AC was defective and needed to be replaced. Was charged to replace defective coil and Freon that leaked due to defect. Kaiser would not stand behind correcting a defective unit. What a rip off. Hope no one uses them. I sure will NOT.

My AC went out on a Saturday afternoon and they were there in a few hours and fixed it. They are very knowledgeable and professional will definitely use them again in the future.

Furnace stopped working in the cold weather called Kaiser, they did great coming right out but came out turned my furnace to emergency heat and checked 2 wires and said everything is working and that when it’s below 0 to use emergency heat , well that never worked either went and bought a pellet stove to get thru the cold and decided to investagate the furnace myself and guess what I found a burnt wire. So I called them back and told them that your guy did not diagnois it correctly and Jared their worked as quick as he could to make it right with me I apperciate their work and making things right with me for that I’ll give them 5 stars! Jared is great to work with!

I know there are a lot more places in SF but you hear adds for cheaper winterization checks. I choose your service because I have my heat pump and furnace both bought from you, but with everything else going up in this town all of us on fixed income have to find cuts, I had gone until then before turning on my furnace and it did get chilly. I did get good service from you and would recommend you to others.

Good service! The service person who came to check my furnace even took time to look at and clean my gas fireplace. I appreciated the fact that he would take time and also answered questions and showed my how to do what I was questioning about. Very satisfied and pleased with the service!!!

Mason did our fall service on our heating system. He has done our semi annual service for several years. He is friendly & I believe does a great job. He also takes time to explain any problems he might discover. We buy the annual service plan & believe it is a great value.

Rolly called on us to check out our fireplace to
make sure is in good shape and review how to operate safely. We have complete confidence in Rolly’s expertise and trust him thoroughly. We are 100 percent pleased with Rolly’s advice & work!!!
